This property is within walking distance of local restaurants, the Summer Concert Series, and the public beach access, where you can enjoy some fun in the sun with your toes in the sand. With the convenience of a public boat ramp just under the bridge and your very own private boat dock, you can bring your boat and set sail into relaxation, or simply sit on the deck and watch the many boats go by while spotting dolphins and other wildlife! Please note that the boat lift is not included with the rental of this home.

The ground level has its own separate suite, complete with a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and 3rd living area! No interconnecting stairs for extra privacy. Cross Ocean Blvd and the public beach access will be across the street.
