This luxury-appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bath private townhome sleeps 6 has a 2-car garage, plus extra parking/trailer spaces off property.

Walking distance to historic Arnold's Park, multiple beaches, bars, restaurants, and entertainment. Our partnership at Oak Hill has a team at your service everyday to take care of your lake vacation boating needs and can even have a golf cart waiting for you allowing you to settle in quickly, park the car and enjoy lake life. This property rental includes use of the marina's private beach space on Lake Minnewashta, plus extra parking for boat trailers at our Milford Outdoor Store Location.

Great location with very simple check in/out process. Basics sparsely provided; 1 roll of paper towels, 3 dishwasher pods and enough laundry soap for 1 load for a 5 day stay.

Great house in ideal location!

House was phenomenal and the location couldn’t be any better. We booked boat rentals at oak hill which was right across the street which was super convenient. Owners are great, they were very responsive and also left detailed instructions to make the check in and check out process easy. Plenty of space in the house and very clean. Would book here again next year!

Close to the Park

Enjoyed walking around the area. We had a boat and it was difficult to find space for it but we managed. Overall nice stay.

Family vacation

The property was very spacious and accommodated 6 adults and an infant perfectly! Jennifer was very responsive to my questions. We owe her a debt of gratitude for helping us get out of Okoboji during the flooding there! She and her mother were so incredibly helpful!

Convenient location, right across the road from Oak Hill Marina and walking distance to Arnolds Park. Clean and owners were pleasant and fast to respond. Will be back!

Boji blast!

We love Okoboji and get there every couple years. This was our first VRBO and was a pleasant surprise. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful. The property is everything a family needs to enjoy a get away. The location is the best we could hope for with everything in walking distance. We’ll be back!

Independence Day Stay

Our family stayed in this townhome over the Fourth of July holiday and it was perfect. Much more spacious than the pictures show and location couldn’t be better. We were able to communicate with Jennifer very easily and quickly. I would stay here again, for sure!

Weekend trip from Des Moines

First of all, the location of this rental is FABULOUS!! It is just a short walk to all of the fun that Arnold's Park has to offer. The size of the townhome was great! Here are some things that need attention, in my opinion: 1. Make sure the front entrance is swept and clean for each guest. It looks like it has not been cleaned for weeks...full of dried grass clippings. 2. Make sure each bathroom has hair conditioner. Just having shampoo for an option doesn't work for females. 3. Make sure there are hand towel hooks in each barhroom. 4. A bath mat outside of each shower would be preferable. 5. Install brighter light bulbs in all of the rooms. It was really hard to see in the bathrooms. 6. Neither tv seemed to work. The tv in the master did not have a remote that we could find. 7. What I was most disappointed in was the smell in the master suite. It smelled of dog urine. Again, the location of this rental is awesome, but it would be a much better experience if some housekeeping issues were addressed.

Great holiday experience!

This property was the perfect place for a holiday weekend stay. We had a minor hiccup when checking in and the hosts were quick to respond to help us gain access to the property. This property is a quick walk to Arnold’s Park, restaurants, the lake, and nightlife. We would highly recommend staying here!
