Direct Gulf Front and New to the Rental Market !
Property renovations are currently underway at Kings Crown. Please find the details and expected timelines for our current summer projects below. Please note that work schedules are subject to change weather permitting.
- Concrete Restoration: Building work is currently in progress as a result of our SIRS study. This work is expected to be completed by July. During this time, please expect noise, dust, and workers on site. This project affects all buildings, with schedules changing weekly.
- Elevator Maintenance: Elevators will be worked on between June and July. Expect intermittent outages during this period. Work on Building 3 will be completed by mid-June. During this time the elevator will be out of service and ONLY stairs available for use.
- Tennis and Pickleball Courts: These are scheduled for completion in 2027.
- Additional Projects: Other smaller projects are scheduled, but waiting on permits and confirmed start dates.
**Pool and Rentals: The pool is now open, and Kings Crown is currently accepting weekly rentals through November 2026.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a private en-suite bath, a custom walk-in closet, and a Smart TV for easy streaming after a day in the sun. The guest bedroom is ideal for family or friends, featuring two twin beds with a trundle, its own Smart TV, and a custom closet for storage. With accommodations for up to six guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind.
Step outside and you’re just moments from one of Sanibel’s most treasured stretches of beach—perfect for morning shelling walks, afternoon swims, or watching the sky melt into brilliant sunset colors. When you’re ready to take a break from the sand, enjoy the beachfront pool or relax within the beautifully maintained grounds of this intimate 54-unit community.

Two-week minimum stay required from November 15 through May 1
One-week rentals available from May through November 14
Reservations may be booked up to 51 weeks in advance
Additional features include under-building parking, a picnic area, on-site management, and contact-free check-in—so you can go straight to the beach without missing a moment.
At Kings Crown 117, everything is complete, refreshed, and waiting for you—an effortless beachfront escape with stunning Gulf views in every direction.
