King’s Crown Stay

Even with all the construction work being done because of the hurricane damage we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to our stay next year.

Great Stay

We loved the location - the beach is wide and relatively empty. The unit is spacious and close to the pool with parking underground. The complex is friendly and relatively quiet.

Beautiful Kings Crown, west end condo

Quiet clean smaller complex. Great pool and ocean views, wide footprint, not narrow corridor type. On-site manager daily. Unit itself has great decor, tho dated, as you can see from pictures. No big deal. Furniture needs replacing, sunken cushions, some wobbly chairs, but we weren’t there for the furniture or kitchen amenities as we eat at restaurants only. Manager attentive to couple issues. The large size of condo felt roomy and expansive compared to others we’ve stayed in. I highly recommend this unit and it’s great manager. I was surprised that we didn’t have a rental agency & all the printed rules, but did like the ease of that. Lots of baby equipment in closets as an added bonus if you need.

West Gulf and Kings Crown: Comfortable and quiet location

Kings Crown on West Gulf is a great mid island location. Easy to get up to Captiva or to the more commercial part of Sanibel along Periwinkle. If getting away from crowds is key, then this location is perfect. Quiet pool area and just a short walk to the beach. The condo is in good condition with all amenities needed. Everything was in good working condition. Communicating with the owner, Dick Vreelend, was a breeze.

Wonderful stay

The condo was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Being able to sit on the balcony and see the water and hear the waves was such a treat in these crazy times! Thank you, Dick for sharing your home with us!

Excellent vacation stay

We had a great stay during the Thanksgiving holiday and the condo building was actually not very crowded. We went during a red tide and it varied per day. Some days hardly noticed it! The pool was warm and the trip to the Everglades from this location was easy!

Bigger condo, nice pool, and beautiful grounds

We enjoyed the large 3 bedroom condo. It was very clean with plenty of towels for showering and beach, plus a lot of beach equipment. The property is very well maintained and the pool was great. The location is close the Bailey’s general store and many restaurants so no need to leave island.

Wonderful time in St. Simons- what a view!!

We enjoyed the condo very much. The location is situated close to Bailey's store, Frannie's Preserve and many great bike trails. We appreciated the many conveniences of the condo, such as beach towels and beach chairs. We flew in, so this was a great plus to have this already there on property in the large storage room. The view was amazing from the sunporch; the dining room had a mirrored wall so one could see the reflection from the dining table also. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked. All in all, a great stay.
