Beautiful 4-bedroom home with large outdoor patio

Spacious, modern home with charming family feel. We can accommodate 12 adults comfortably with the option to accommodate up to 16 persons (air/floor mattresses). Our bright, open living room, fully stocked kitchen, and large family room will have you feeling relaxed and right at home. After a great night sleep, explore Colorado Springs, then relax and unwind on our large open patio with a fire pit.

A variety of cereals, fruit, and oatmeal with various toppings are provided for breakfast. Also, a variety of spices, condiments, and baking ingredients are also provided.

Beautiful home, friendly and accommodating host

My wife and our two-year-old son stayed here for a wedding and had a fantastic time. The home was clean and in a great location, not very far from Colorado Springs. We had a couple of questions leading up to our stay and the host was very friendly and quick to respond. Would highly recommend staying at this home, you won't regret it!

Back to school trip

This was a great property with room for our family. The kids had fun playing in the backyard and ping pong. The stuffed animals were also well loved. The game closet was great! We did appreciate the breakfast items and the bottles of water. Communication with the host was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a ways away from CO Springs attractions, but was nice to be in a safe neighborhood. Thank you for a great back to school getaway!

Beautiful Home and Comfortable Stay

We were very pleased the days we stayed at this property. We were looking for a nice spacious home for family to meet at that could accommodate everyone and let me tell you finding this place was better than what we expected. The neighbor was so nice and peaceful. The home was clean and very well kept. There was more than enough room for everybody and we were 13 in total that included 1 child and 2 infants. We felt at home and enjoyed our time spent vacationing knowing we had a nice place to come back to after a day of exploring. Everyone enjoyed the play room and the relaxing patio. We planned on grilling one day because we just loved how the place was set up outside. Unfortunately we were so busy we didn’t get to. The host provided items that we used to cook which was nice to not have to run out and get everything. We did have a incident were the toddler locked the bathroom door and even though we were able to get it unlocked ourselves the hosts responded to us fast and were very attentive to getting us help over if needed. Overall would definitely book with them again no complaints. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
