Relax with the whole family in our modern townhome that was just completed in 2021! Included with amenities you and your family can enjoy together. We are just around the corner from the main shopping areas and only 30 minutes away from major attractions like Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. We provide the perfect place to stay-in or the ideal hub for exploring some of the best Colorado has to offer!

Good neighborhood

The house is in a good location, good neighborhood. Really quiet and relaxing. If you want to cook there you have to bring your own dishes as there are minimum dishes available there. House could be a little more clean.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay, The house was beautiful and clean. It had a lot of room.. The location was great. It was close to all the shops … I would definitely book one again when we come back to Colorado…our stay was wonderful…

Great place and location!

Very clean and exactly as advertised. Great location to pretty much every Colorado Springs attraction. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. View of the mountains was really nice, too!

Great location and quiet neighborhood.

My family and I stayed here for a week and were able to visit most sites within 30min to an hour. The place was clean and also had an arcade game that my kids loved. Would recommend.

Home Away From Home

We lived in the area several years ago so it was nice to find a place that was close to our old stomping grounds. The condo was great and met all our needs. The rooms were spacious and having access to a washer and dryer was great. Traffic noise is minimal and amenities are nearby. Everything was easy access. Can't wait to come back.

Great place

Have stayed here several times and works well. Only one issue this visit, the AC was locked and we spent the first night very warm and no response to messages on the app. Finally called and got the AC controls unlocked.

Fantastic Quick weekend getaway

We so appreciated the hospitality of your home! We had a great easy check-in & check-out. If we needed to come to Colorado Springs, we would definitely stay here again. I most importantly appreciated the Air Conditioning!

Amazing experience!

This place is the place to stay! It was super clean! It is all up to date appliances and furniture! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It is also close to a lot of things we did!

Christmas Visit

We were so lucky to have stayed in this beautiful townhome which was super spacious. centrally located and very comfortable for us. We slept amazing and even loved the garage entry and parking. All the amenities we needed for our stay and more. Would love to stay here every time we visit Colorado Springs.

Exactly as advertised.

Great location with plenty of room

We had the best vacation in a while! The house was awesome with plenty of room and all the amenities we wanted including excellent WiFi and a cool pac man game upstairs. Garage offered plenty of space as well. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Definitely a 5 STAR experience!!

Great space!

It was clean, except one grease looking stain on a flat sheet. Lovely and accommodating, a little warm upstairs in the summer but cooled down nicely at night. Property manager was always quick to respond and easy to work with. We would stay at this property again.

Great townhouse in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at the Stetson Hills townhome. The owners provided codes for the front door and garage which made our arrival very smooth. The garage parking was a plus as it snowed 2 of the days we were there. The home was very clean and looks like new. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. We would stay here again.

Cleanest vacation rental ever

This had to be the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! Which is a huge deal for me. The townhouse was even better than the pictures which isn’t usually the case. Ty was quick to respond with the minor issues of the fire detector needing a new battery. We used to live in the Springs so the location was perfect for where we needed to be. I will stay there every visit from now on.
