Five Bedroom Charmer Close to Uptown

Welcome to Albuquerque! This five bedroom home is centrally located in an established neighborhood in the Uptown area and convenient to most areas of town and about 45 minutes to Santa Fe. We have spent the last 10 years staying in VRBO's across the country and hope we have checked all your boxes.

Inside:

Our property boasts a beautifully updated and well stocked kitchen, ready for your gourmet meals. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of the bedrooms are ensuite. Our family room boasts a comfy couch and 56 inch television for Sunday football games or a movie with the family. Spacious yard and deck are perfect for outdoor dining and living to enjoy our 360 days of sunshine. Every bedroom has a television, and we have games and ping pong for family gatherings.

Neighborhood:

We have some of the best weather in the country. There are fun and exciting things to do all year long. Our home is 5 minutes from tons of dining and shopping options at Albuquerque Uptown, 10 minutes from Interstate 40 to take you anywhere in town you want to visit! Old Town, Museums, BioPark, Zoo, Sandia Mountains, Rio Grande River and a half dozen public golf courses are all in the area. We were born and raised in Albuquerque, so should you have ANY questions about your visit please don't hesitate to ask.

We are dog friendly!

Perfect for a big crowd with diverse interests, this property was awesome! We used it for our family of eight adults in ABQ with interests from hiking to shopping to errands as we attended our nieces wedding. From two coffee makers and lots of room in the kitchen down to the convenience of nearby groceries - this house was perfect for our many plans for each day. Easy for uber and Lyft to pick up and very accessible to restaurants and attractions. Missy has thought of everything!

Wonderful Stay

The home was incredibly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The backyard was lovely and it was great to have access to the garage. The property was in a good location, walkable to stores and restaurants, and just a quick drive to all the ABQ sights including the Balloon Fiesta!

Perfect location

Anywhere you want to go in the Albuquerque are is 20 minutes or less. We loved the location and the quiet area. Hot water takes quite a while to get to the master bathroom and the doors could use a little wd-40 but overall it was one of the best homes we have rented.

Excellent Property

This home was exactly what our group was looking for. The home was maintained wonderfully and had everything that we needed. The location was excellent as well, it was extremely close to the interstate and tons of restaurant's and stores. The host was extremely accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to messages. If you are looking for a place to stay in Albuquerque, this is it.

Beautiful property!

Fabulous house that is perfect for hosting a family event. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture. Beautiful backyard with a great deck for entertaining. Excellent host who made our stay pleasant and easy.

Great place for our group

Close enough to convention hotel, but nice that it was away from all the hustle and bustle. Perfect for our group of 6 ladies. Be aware it is a split level, so there are some stairs to any of the bedrooms. Lovely property. We'll be back!

Late Christmas in ABQ

This is a great house to rent in ABQ for a family needing extra bedrooms. House has been well taken care of and has a great floor plan. I would rent this house again.
