Awesome family experience

This house was an awesome place to take our family vacation. Lots of room inside the house for everyone to do their own thing. The fire ring area was where we spent many hours together. We had a great time!

Great Property

We were very impressed with this property - convenient to Bedford, clean, comfortable beds, and seating areas inside and out. A great place to gather as a family and be able to explore the Bedford area. Would certainly stay here again!

Appears to have been remodeled recently, the kitchen is very nice! Quiet location outside of town but only a few minutes drive to get to town.

Great place.

Very clean and the owners are very organized. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Small children will love the one bedroom we thought it was great. The location is perfect, away from town but only minutes to get there. We recommend it to anyone.

The house was immaculate; fully appointed kitchen; comfortable furniture. We appreciated your attention to details - mosquito repellent, extra blankets & pillows, a stack of firewood, brooms & sweeper and so much more - absolutely everything you would expect to find in a home!

Great stay at Whispering Pines!

Whispering Pines has it all! It is decorated so nicely. Its homey feel made our stay so comfortable. The host was super responsive and the house is fully stocked with all the ameninities. We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. We cant to wait to come back and we recommend Whispering Pines to all.

Golf Getaway #2

Whispering pines provides a beautiful place in the countryside mountains for family or friends to gather. The hosts respond to your every need. The house iis well appointed with lots to do for all ages, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. I hope you enjoy it as much as my golf buddies and I do!

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a cute house in beautiful Bedford county! We attended the fall foliage festival, as we have been for years, and decided to give this house a try. It was stocked with everything we needed, it was very clean and maintained, and we absolutely loved relaxing in the hot tub and having a fire at night. Would definitely stay again!

What a fantastic place!

This was hands down the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at. The house was beautiful, had plenty of space, and so many amenities--the hosts went above and beyond to make sure your stay was wonderful. Little touches, like providing toothbrushes if you forgot them, doggy poop bags, etc. etc. The outdoor space is so wonderful with the fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Rental in the Bedford Area

I stayed at the Whispering Pines Retreat with a co-worker while doing some work in the Bedford area for the weekend. It was a perfect place to retreat after long nights of working and one of the few places in Bedford with a hot tub! The house was beautiful inside and out, meticulously maintained. We could not have had a better experience and would definitely stay here again.

Book Club Getaway

Our group was coming from Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, we were so excited to find Whispering Pines almost directly in the middle. The house was exactly like the pictures, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. The weather for our stay wasn't the best, but watching the rain storms come in through the sun room windows was just as good as exploring the town of Bedford. We had the best girls weekend, and will absolutely stay at Whispering Pines again.

Amazing place!!

Your family will love being together here.

Lovely and comfortable home for family fun and memory making. The hosts thought of everything guests would need. The kitchen is wonderful. We also enjoyed the campfire ring and could see so many stars in the clear night skies! Beautiful countryside surroundings but also close to the town of Bedford with many quaint shops. We enjoyed touring Old Bedford Village, too.

We are best friends who met over 10 years ago down in South Florida. We both love traveling with our families and have traveled together many times but with 9 kids between us, we have always used Airbnb to find homes that accommodate us all and have everything we need to make the stay comfortable for everyone in our group. This is where we got the idea to open an Airbnb together. When Kelly and her husband moved to Bedford, Pa. my family came out to visit right away and fell in love with the area. We still reside in South Florida so we absolutely love coming back and enjoying the peaceful pace Bedford offers but really like being so close to so many different amazing places to visit. Our families have put a lot of thought and love into making Whispering Pines Retreat a place that we hope everyone that comes will enjoy as much as we do. We are both available to answer your questions and Kelly, along with her husband, are just a few minutes down the road if you need anything during your stay with us.
