This brand new Casita offers all the amenities of a full-size house including onsite laundry, a full kitchen, modern bathroom, wired & wireless internet, Elfa closet system, and a comfortable living room with 43" smart TV with streaming capabilities. Rest on a very comfortable new queen-size bed that folds into the wall for a dedicated workspace or more living space when not in use. Your private outdoor patio offers a small yard, garden, and a four-person dining table with shade.

You'll access the Casita through your personal entrance and private gate.

Location is everything, and Hidden Valley is a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, and the beach.

Enjoy the newly completed Los Positas bike path on the provided 7 speed beach cruisers (stored in the shed). Follow this path directly to Hendry's Beach where you can enjoy brunch with panoramic ocean views at upscale Boathouse Restaurant. In the opposite direction, a 7 minute drive, is downtown Santa Barbara with fine dining, boutiques, wine tasting, Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara Bowl, theaters, art studios, and much more.

We built the guest house to host as a rental. It is a fully permitted, legal separate unit.
