Historic Main Street outside; spacious comfort inside.

This character-filled upstairs apartment places up to 6 guests steps from St. Charles dining, coffee shops, boutiques, and nightlife. Exposed brick, a spiral staircase, two king bedrooms, and three full bathrooms give families, couples, and small groups a distinctive home base.

• Pull-out sofa in the upstairs living area

• Full kitchen and dedicated workspace

ACCESS AND LAYOUT
• This is an upstairs apartment with narrow stair access.
• One bedroom is accessed through the other bedroom.
• An active gym operates below the apartment.
• The balcony and front windows are not available for guest use.

POLICIES AND FEES
• Dog-friendly for up to two dogs. A $150 non-refundable pet fee is added before arrival; unauthorized pets may incur a $200 fee.
• No indoor smoking; violations may incur a $250 cleaning fee.
• Stays longer than 21 days require a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Approved early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hourly fees.
• Unapproved late check-out may incur a $50 fee.
• Returned lost items incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

This was a great place to stay in St Charles! Location was great - lots of restaurant options near by and close to St Louis! It was a great choice for us (4 adults)! I’d recommend this property.

This property has a nice renovation while keeping a lot of its original character. Very clean and comfortable beds as well. The location couldn’t be better! We really enjoyed our stay.

This property is in a great location! It was clean and beds were super comfy. 3 full baths were great for 4 women. We were really disappointed to find out the balcony is not usable. That is one of the main reasons we booked this place. The owner needs to update the pictures on VRBO to indicate the balcony is under maintenance.

Very clean. Spiral stairs wasn't much to be desired. 6:30 am gym noise but we were made aware of that before we booked. It appeared we could use the balcony but was told after we arrived it was not available. Door was locked. That was disappointing. Altogether a nice stay.

This VRBO was perfectly located and very clean. We were not bothered by any noose from the gym downstairs. The only negative I can think of is the combined rooms upstairs. There is a large open doorway between the two rooms that at least a curtain or shutters of some sort wouldhave helped to add a little more privacy. Otherwise, both rooms had their own adjacent bathroom so you really didn’t need to pass through the other room aside from entering. We would stay there again.

Great spot!

Great location. Reasonable rate. Perfect for our four person group. We loved the whole area. The balcony was perfect for checking out the whole scene although I do have to say the steps in and out of the balcony can be a little tricky if you're not careful. Overall a highly recommendable stay.

We live locally and utilized the property for both an overnight stay as well as a company annual meeting. It's location in old St. Charles gave us access to great shopping and food.

Great place, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay on historic Main Street. It's nice to be within walking distance of everything from shopping to coffee shops to restaurants and local pubs. It was a fun atmosphere, especially during the holiday season.

Christmas family gathering

We came in town to celebrate Christmas with our family - this was perfect. Easy walking distance to shops and food. Cute and clean place. Very quiet as well. We will look to stay again on our next visit into town!

This was a great place for us to stay. It was walkable to everywhere I wanted to be while in town. Also the beds were comfy and I appreciated having the washer and dryer. The staff was quick to respond to any questions.

Brilliant location in St Charles

Wonderfully appointed location within walking distance to everything St Charles and Main Street can offer. Check in was easy and we were well taken care of and our hosts checking in with us if needing anything. Expect to go back again.

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay at the VRBO. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable, too! The balcony was a fun place to hang out. Great restaurants & shops are in walking distance which we really enjoyed. My family would definitely return to this VRBO the next time we visit St.Louis!

Old St. Chuck as I like to call it, is awesome. I worked on Old Main for 9 years. Business is now gone, but the charm of Old Main street remains. It has plenty of places to eat and drink, shop or just stroll around and enjoy the sights. The Apt. Was wonderful. Lots of steps, but not a problem. Balcony was awesome
