Upstairs Main Street apartment that can host up to 5 guests. With a full parade balcony with lounge seating to sit back, relax and enjoy!, The apartment has 2 bedrooms with King Size beds and 3 full bathrooms. Its perfect for anyone looking for plenty of privacy and space during your trip to Main Street St. Charles. We have an additional pull out couch for sleeping located upstairs. A great neighborhood that has it all. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment to enjoy during your stay. You can get to almost anything within a few minutes! Restaurants, stores, entertainment, and the highways are all within a few miles from this great location!

Please note that due to the location there is a potential for loud noise.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Great spot!

Great location. Reasonable rate. Perfect for our four person group. We loved the whole area. The balcony was perfect for checking out the whole scene although I do have to say the steps in and out of the balcony can be a little tricky if you're not careful. Overall a highly recommendable stay.

Old St. Chuck as I like to call it, is awesome. I worked on Old Main for 9 years. Business is now gone, but the charm of Old Main street remains. It has plenty of places to eat and drink, shop or just stroll around and enjoy the sights. The Apt. Was wonderful. Lots of steps, but not a problem. Balcony was awesome

Great place, great location!

We really enjoyed our stay on historic Main Street. It's nice to be within walking distance of everything from shopping to coffee shops to restaurants and local pubs. It was a fun atmosphere, especially during the holiday season.

Local stay

We live locally and utilized the property for both an overnight stay as well as a company annual meeting. It's location in old St. Charles gave us access to great shopping and food.

Great stay for our family

We had an excellent stay! Location was excellent. It also worked out so perfectly that our kids each had their own bed and bathrooms! We he only thing was noise from the gym below. They are open 24 hours so this does mean music was going all night long. We just turned on fans and it was fine! Everything was clean!

This was a great place for us to stay. It was walkable to everywhere I wanted to be while in town. Also the beds were comfy and I appreciated having the washer and dryer. The staff was quick to respond to any questions.

Christmas family gathering

We came in town to celebrate Christmas with our family - this was perfect. Easy walking distance to shops and food. Cute and clean place. Very quiet as well. We will look to stay again on our next visit into town!

We had a wonderful stay at the VRBO. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable, too! The balcony was a fun place to hang out. Great restaurants & shops are in walking distance which we really enjoyed. My family would definitely return to this VRBO the next time we visit St.Louis!

Brilliant location in St Charles

Wonderfully appointed location within walking distance to everything St Charles and Main Street can offer. Check in was easy and we were well taken care of and our hosts checking in with us if needing anything. Expect to go back again.

Amazing location.

This is a perfect upstairs/downtown location for enjoying historic St. Charles. The top level bedroom space did have a broken ac unit when we arrived but the owner sent a crew out the next morning and they pit in a brand new unit so that problem should be taken care of. Beds are amazingly comfy on both levels.

Great Location

This property is exactly as represented in the photos. It’s beautifully redone with three full baths and a great kitchen. The parade balcony would be a spectacular place to sit if the weather was a little warmer than when we were there.

Great Property

This was a one night rental “staycation” for me and five friends. We had a great time in Downtown St. Charles! Quick UBER ride to the Ameristar Casino and back. The property was great for the group. We honestly didn’t spend much time in the place (just to sleep), but it was a great for the group and super easy.

This place was in the middle of everything. Do stay here if:1. You love an old building that is well updated.2. You want to be within walking distance of everything the historic area has to offer3. If you want a great space to overlook the Main Street while hanging and cooking on a grillDo not stay here if:1. You think it will be quiet2. If you think it will be a new buildingSomeof the lower scored rev I ews knocked off point for these. That is unwarranted. This place was outstanding.
