We love staying here!! The location is perfect - it is peaceful and within walking distance to the pier. We also love that our dogs can come with us. Janna is very communicative and a great host!

Great Memorial Stay

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here for a week during Memorial Day. Location is perfect. Wonderful location to bring our two golden retrievers.

The space is beautiful and cozy. The fenced in yard helped us feel even more safe. We did not realize the house was in an active bar area with live bands playing almost the whole week. The first night, my son did not sleep at all because of the loud music. We did not expect this the week of Thanksgiving. For our next vacation, I’ll need to do further exploration. I was not expecting this. The home is wonderful and cozy. It was an easy walk to the pier.

Beach Trip

The stay at Janna’s home was very nice. The location in town cannot be beat and the walk to the beach is only 10 minutes. We look forward to having the opportunity to stay again!

Spring Break Getaway

This is our 2nd year staying at this location, and we absolutely love it! Super convenient to walk around the town to the restaurants, pier and parks. Love the fenced in area for our pup. Very comfortable little cottage. Looking forward to our next trip down.

Always a great stay

We love this property location. It has everything we need to enjoy our vacation with our daughter and pups. SSI is our favorite beach destination.

A good stay

Nothing fancy, but very livable (we were there for a month). Great location! Walking distance to the Pier and a dozen restaurants. Very comfortable bed, good kitchen, private patio, lots of books and games.

Property is exactly as described; charming and well-stocked in a quiet neighborhood that is just steps away from the pier village and Ocean Blvd. restaurants. I would stay there again.

Convenient, Casual and Comfortable

Great location for walks to park, shops and restaurants. The fenced yard was great for outdoor time to grill and the dogs could safely explore while we relaxed.

Amazing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was amazing. It was so close to the town, which made it easier for us to explore. The location of the house is excellent. Not having to use our car once we get there matters. The house is very comfortable and there is a huge dog park nearby if we decide to take our dog with us.

Great location

Location is convenient to everything we want to do and we were able to have our furbabies with us! House was well appointed and clean. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy with the leaf blowers early in the morning.

Close to everything

Our stay was very nice, my wife and I and 2 dogs loved it, the outside could use a little sprucing up, we loved the large oak trees and all the shade, it was nice because the property was fenced in so we didn’t have to worry about the dogs. The interior was very nice , my wife loved the built in book cabinets and all the books, now she wants to build some at home, lol. Some minor suggestions, the outside light by kitchen door needs fixed and over the sink.overall our stay was spectacular. Oh i forgot to mention it is in pier village, an easy walk to restaurant, shopping and the pier.

Perfect Beach Week

The property was just as described. We brought the dogs and it was perfect. Location was close to park and even a dog park to take them to in the morning before it got too warm. Then it was also close enough to the beach to end the day with a nice walk on it with the dogs. Very near shops and restaurants.

Another great stay!

This was our second stay at the property. We are planning on returning next year. Its so nice being able to spend the week with our boys. (Dogs) We absolutely love it!!! We walk, relax, walk, bar hop, walk, eat, walk, beach.

Wonderful property

Janna was more than helpful when telling us about a small issue with the location and letting us know of local restaurants and places to visit that fit our needs. The entire location is tile which makes for very easy clean up of dog hair or other spills. The king size bed is also a great mattress that slept great!

Cute, comfortable, walking to downtown, walking to dog park and pickle ball courts. Very good. Cleaning crew could have done a better job.

Biking trip

Loved the proximity to shops and restaurants and also the fenced in yard and gorgeous oak trees. The cottage was a little outdated but very comfortable and served our needs. Although it was near the town, it was very quiet. Would have liked having more than one trash bag and two half rolls of TP for a week’s stay, but grocery stores weren’t far away so we could obtain what we needed. The owner was very quick to respond and friendly when we arrived at 8:30pm and the code we were given for the key box was incorrect. She guided us to the alternate entry code and stayed on the phone with us until we were inside. We would recommend this cottage to anyone!

Spring Break

This was our 2nd year in a row coming to SSI for break, and after staying at this location, we’ve already booked for next year!! You can not beat this location. We didn’t even use our car the entire week. The description of the place was on point. A little old, but quaint, and very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Great Location

I loved the location of this property. That is why I got it. The house is nothing fancy but has a nice patio and was perfectly comfortable. The price was great for what you get and the location. Most of the other rentals we saw were very nice and way too expensive. So this was a perfect fit.

Great location

This condo was in a great location. Since we haven’t stayed in St Simons Island before we weren’t sure where anything was except we knew we wanted to stay near the pier. The location was a walk to most everything and seem to be a very safe neighborhood. The furniture was comfortable and well kept. The outdoor area was great for the doors to have an area to run around so I didn’t have to take them out a least each time. Look forward to booking here again.

Best place ever

Stayed here with my 2 dalmatians, my sister and her blue heeler for 4 weeks. As soon as we walked into yard and door to unit A we fell in love with this cozy warm cottage....we love to read and we were surrounded by bookshelves full of books. Many times we would look at each other and say" I really like this place...I could live here". Perfect for us. We have already booked for 2025.

As native Atlantans, we have always loved the Georgia coast and both grew up vacationing on St. Simons Island. We have wonderful memories of spending GA/FLA game weekends here, taking trips with our extended family and friends, and bringing both our children down for their first beach experiences. In spring of 2013 were visiting for spring break and stayed in Two if by Sea for the first time. We were immediately drawn to this unique home and its fantastic location in a neighorhood we've always loved. Noticing the property was for sale, we contacted the owner and the rest is history!
