Located on scenic Highway 30A, Sea Shadows is perched atop the beautiful sugar white dunes in Seacrest Beach. This two-story townhome sits on a 30 foot bluff with a beautiful yard overlooking the Gulf Of Mexico. The ideal spot for your next beach vacation, just head down the private walkway to the white sands of 30A with plenty of room to spread out. A special offer to our guests who stay with us March 1st thru October 31st is they receive (2) free beach chairs, a table, an umbrella. They are provided by Battens beach service 706-315-6401 If you need other beach items they have many offerings .Battens also had rental bikes in premises. see them for pricing

With floor to ceiling windows, natural light and gulf views fill the entire first floor. One of the most delightful things about this property is the indoor/outdoor living space with a large, covered terrace, perfect for drawing out long afternoons into sunset cocktails.
The patio also has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a relaxing day at the beach!

The first floor has fully appointed kitchen with bar seating, a dining table that seats four, as well as a spacious living room with plenty of seating on the couch and two lounge chairs. Every detail adds to the coastal vibe, with the light and breezy interiors. Open the curtains in the living area while relaxing or cooking in the kitchen for the magnificent view of the emerald sea. A powder bath and washer/dryer are also on the first floor.

The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and a large private balcony with a180-degree view of the Gulf. The other bedroom has a queen bed, a set of built-in bunks, and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms include brand furniture and mattresses.


Sea Shadows Townhomes is a Gulf Front property which is conveniently located along scenic Hwy 30A just west of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It's within close proximity to charming shopping centers and eateries, and the 18-mile Timpoochee Trail. On the edge of the parking lot is perfect for biking, walking, and jogging. You will never want to leave!

First time visitors to 30A. Beautiful area. Condo had a great view and was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the condo was advertised to be just a 5 minute walk to several restaurants in the area and only an 8 minute walk to Rosemary Beach. This was inaccurate as it was at least 40 minutes to Rosemary beach and the restaurants listed on the site were also 40 minutes. Since we were without a car it was a bit of a hassle. I had originally booked this because it seemed like it was so close to everything when in reality it was much further away than advertised.

Lovely property and wonderful property manager. The townhome was exactly as shown in the listing and Coop was responsive, welcoming and flexible. The complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and beach table were very convenient.

We had an amazing time at Seashadows! The hosts were so sweet and wonderful to work with! My kids loved the close access to the beachfront- definitely a huge perk when traveling with small kiddos. The townhouse was close to rosemary beach, alys beach and many close restaurants! The townhouse was furnished beautifully, beds were super comfy and was stocked with all the cooking utensils to cook meals at home. We hope to return soon!

Perfect getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The sunset views are amazing from master bedroom balcony. We saw dolphins from the balcony as well as the beach. Loved that Publix supermarket was close as we cooked most our meals. There was no burger flipper for the grill but we improvised. Having direct access to the beach and beach service included is definitely the way to go! Also having assigned parking right at the door with no elevators was so appreciated! Excellent communications with Coop before and during our stay. We hope to be back next year!

Great for families

We loved our stay here! Going to the beach with young kids can be tricky but this location makes it as easy as possible. Just steps down to a private beach! The house has everything you need for a lovely, cozy stay.

Family beach trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The house is gorgeous, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The beds were so comfortable! The views from the porch and balcony were stunning and the short walk to the beach can’t be beat. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very responsive on the couple questions we had to reach out on. We definitely hope to come back and stay at this property again!

Great family vacation!

We loved staying at this condo. Great location and easy to get to other surrounding beach towns. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Very easy getting back and forth to the beach (less than a minute walk up/down the stairs) which is nice when the weather turns sour or if you have young children. Plenty of parking and loved having a massive parking spot since we only had one vehicle. The spots can fit two cars or a car and golf cart. Can’t beat the views and nice to have the area on the lower level to wash the sand off. This place is the total package and made our trip very easy and enjoyable!

An amazing location and experience.

I stayed here 5 nights and wanted something that was convenient to the beach with a view and without having to cross roads, parking lots, or going up and down an elevator. This place was perfect in that regard! I was able to back up to the front door to unload everything. Their was about 25' of grass off the back patio to a set of stairs (55 of them if that matters) and then you're on sand! The private beach was amazing and never crowded. The provided umbrella and chair setup was an extremely nice touch as well and I ended up getting an extra umbrella for a little more shade. As for the property.... it's outstanding! Sure, there is a little wear and tear on the furniture, and a little bit of age on the appliances, but it just doesn't matter because it is a fantastic property! The pictures are an accurate representation of how the property looks and feels. The location and couldn't have been better and I would absolutely rent this property again. For what it's worth, I also cooked every meal at the property and never ate out which saved a ton of money. Being able to grill was fantastic as well.
