This is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom second-story condo, completely updated in 2022, that features a modern, fully outfitted kitchen with granite counters, new stainless-steel appliances, a large waterfall-wrapped quartz island with three bar stools, and a dining table with seating for 8. Unit 5i has an open layout, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and modern-yet-comfortable furnishings including a sofa-sleeper couch, loveseat, cozy swivel chairs, and a large flat-screen TV for great entertaining. There is a vaulted wood ceiling for an open, bright, airy feeling. Please note this is an upstairs unit (no elevator on the property). This 3-bedroom 2 bath unit has recently been completely updated in 2022 and can accommodate up to 9 guests (additional guest fee of $15 per night over 6 guests).

The unit has a split AC in each bedroom and kitchen/living area.

Located on the corner of Kulani Hakoi and South Kihei Road, Unit 5i enjoys close access to the corner gate, which allows easy crossing to the beaches on the opposite side of South Kihei Road. It is an easy walk to beaches just across the street to enjoy wonderful sunsets.
