Complete with a romantic canopy bed, cozy living room, full kitchen, a coffee bar and a large shared backyard with patio furniture and a propane firepit.

Only a 10-15 minute drive from LoHi, Highlands, Tennyson and Sunnyside the most popular downtown spots! Close to some of Denver's most popular bars and restaurants such as Happy Camper, El Five, Linger, Postino and more. Enjoy all the city spots while still getting to stay in a quiet neighborhood just outside it all. This is a garden-level unit.

Incredible stay!

Wow, would definitely stay here again! The fully equipped kitchen was sooo nice. We cooked all our meals for the week and felt at home! The bed was so comfy and the bedding was very nice quality. The hosts were so responsive, accommodating, and helped us with everything we needed. Super recommend this spot!

Okay..

The area this property is in is not a great side of Denver. If you're visiting from out of town stay closer to downtown! The unit was dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed before we got there even though the cleaner was leaving as we were checking in. The towels and sheets were dirty (had hair in them!) The ceiling is very thin and we could hear the people upstairs walking around all night. The host was very nice and responsive but we never received clean sheets or towels. Overall 3/5 ONLY because the host was so nice.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! It’s a cute place and the location puts you within 30 minutes of almost everything you’d want to do in denver. Communication was great and check in/check out was easy.

Hi, we're Alexis and Logan! Alexis is a Denver native and Logan has been in Colorado for about five years. We love traveling and hosting, so opening up our home to fellow travelers was a no-brainer for us. We also both come from families of six and lived with lots of roommates in college, so we're used to having people around. We love running this small business and believe that we offer a more friendly and personal experience than large vacation rental businesses. Looking forward to hosting you!
