Had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Plenty of room for 4 adults, kitchen was fully equipped and thoughtful gestures and touches everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at this home during a trip to Denver, and overall the house itself was very nice. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the furnishings were great quality. The fenced-in backyard was a big plus, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area and fireplace.That said, there were a few things that made our stay a bit challenging. There were exterior lights that stayed on all night, which made it difficult to sleep. There were also random vehicles parked outside the house at different times, which felt a little uncomfortable.Additionally, something I didn’t catch in the listing (and am still not sure if it was listed) was that two of the bedrooms are located in the basement, separated from the main floor by a door at the top of the stairs. Since I was traveling with my children, I wasn’t comfortable having them sleep down there away from the main living area, so the layout wasn’t ideal for our needs.On a positive note, the host was very kind and accommodating, especially with our request for an early check-in, and their communication was appreciated.Overall, it’s a beautiful, clean house with great amenities—just be aware of the layout and lighting if you’re traveling with kids or are sensitive to nighttime light.

The home and vibe was amazing. It's very beautiful and the location was very close to downtown. It was also close to Blackhawk and not too far from Colorado Springs. The host was very kind and quickly answered any questions. The house was spacious and spotless!!! I highly recommend this property if you want a nice,relaxing vacation or a place to rest up for the next excursion.

We came in for the Denver Bronco game and it was the perfect place for my adult children and grand daughter. Plenty of room for everyone and anything we needed was there including the pack in play for my infant grand daughter. The beds and furniture were also very comfortable. We loved having ideas for places to eat with the menus on the fridge. The area was close to everything we needed. Julia was very responsive and check in/out easy. Will definately stay here again when we are back in Denver.

Beautiful house, perfect for our stay

Julia is awesome! Her house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay! Our boys, 7 and 2, enjoyed the front and back yard spaces. We loved that both areas were fenced in. Both spaces are well manicured and the grass is so soft. Really great spaces to enjoy coffee or a meal any time of the day. There is also a driveway to park a vehicle which is always nice. Overall a wonderful place with a fantastic host!

Great stay and location

This house was perfect for our family to stay while visiting relatives in Broomfield. The layout of the house with bedrooms on the main and lower levels worked well for us. The backyard was awesome for kids to run around and the location was convenient. Everything was clean and well kept. We loved having a coffee machine stocked and ready to go along with welcome snacks. Thanks for a great stay- we will be back!

CU BOULDER FAMILIES BOOK NOW!

We were here for graduation and this house was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and in an excellent location with easy all highway access, less than 30 minutes to CU. The host communicated clearly and quickly. The outdoor space was beautiful with a grill and fire pit. The price was unbeatable. It was very comfortable for two sets of grandparents, mom and dad, and our teenage son. We only wish we had found it four years ago. Book it and you will not regret it.

Extremely comforable and peaceful stay

The house is beautiful, with a wonderful covered back patio with furniture (plus a side patio with table and grill). An excellent and well equipped kitchen. A block to the park by Hidden Lake for a nice walk. Easy access to the train at Sheridan, and very easy to get downtown by car.

Nice place!

Easy access to everything. The house was perfect. Wish we could have spent some time outside in the cute backyard but we were busy and it was a little windy while we were there. I would stay there again.
