Had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Plenty of room for 4 adults, kitchen was fully equipped and thoughtful gestures and touches everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a 4 night stay. It was absolutely perfect for my friends and I. Everything was clean and set up well for an enjoyable stay. The highlight was the backyard and fire pit!

Great house close to Red Rocks

We enjoyed the property and would stay again for a concert at Red Rocks. It was close to everything, so per clean and comfortable.

We came in for the Denver Bronco game and it was the perfect place for my adult children and grand daughter. Plenty of room for everyone and anything we needed was there including the pack in play for my infant grand daughter. The beds and furniture were also very comfortable. We loved having ideas for places to eat with the menus on the fridge. The area was close to everything we needed. Julia was very responsive and check in/out easy. Will definately stay here again when we are back in Denver.

Beautiful house, perfect for our stay

Julia is awesome! Her house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay! Our boys, 7 and 2, enjoyed the front and back yard spaces. We loved that both areas were fenced in. Both spaces are well manicured and the grass is so soft. Really great spaces to enjoy coffee or a meal any time of the day. There is also a driveway to park a vehicle which is always nice. Overall a wonderful place with a fantastic host!

Great stay and location

This house was perfect for our family to stay while visiting relatives in Broomfield. The layout of the house with bedrooms on the main and lower levels worked well for us. The backyard was awesome for kids to run around and the location was convenient. Everything was clean and well kept. We loved having a coffee machine stocked and ready to go along with welcome snacks. Thanks for a great stay- we will be back!

Extremely comforable and peaceful stay

The house is beautiful, with a wonderful covered back patio with furniture (plus a side patio with table and grill). An excellent and well equipped kitchen. A block to the park by Hidden Lake for a nice walk. Easy access to the train at Sheridan, and very easy to get downtown by car.
