Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, walk in closet. Safe neighborhood, police and fire station 2 blocks from the house. Boat/RV parking. Walking/biking distance to playgrounds, skate park, splash pad and tennis courts. 2 min drive to boat launch and dog park, 8 min to Pensacola Beach, and 10 min to historic downtown Pensacola. The place was super clean and comfortable! We took a few walks and loved the neighborhood. It was away from everything just enough for us to have quiet time, but it was also an easy 5 minute drive to the beach and activities. We loved our stay here!

Great little place in GB proper!

We were visiting family in Gulf Breeze! Had a mini family reunion. Property was perfect and just as described on website! We will definitely visit again!

Great stay

Everything was very clean and as advertised. Barely knew the owners were in their house! Pretty great location too so you could go to the beach or downtown Pensacola, which is great if you just Uber while here. I have one complaint which is the bed. Beds are largely subjective so I will not knock them for it but for me the bed was too firm and the bed frame could have been more sturdy. I did see later in one of the closets there was a mattress pad type thing, likely for the pull-out, that I probably could have used. But everything else is great there so no biggie!!! Would stay here again for sure.

Enjoyed our stay!

A very nice and very clean property. Quiet area but very close to downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Just right

I visit Pcola regularly and this property is located ina wonderful location close to the beach and downtown, both within a few miles. Very nice, quiet place!
