Seaclusion, the third Houseboat in our "fleet" of 4, is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing west). This two-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (2 queen beds) and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a banquette dining table with plenty of seating. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine with the sunset.

You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).

Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.

Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.

Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - standard door widths throughout).

This is a very unique way to stay in Pensacola. We loved every detail of the houseboat. I have to say that I have stayed in a lot of rentals over the years, but this was by far the cleanest and most well appointed. We would love to stay again.

Our host, Jo Dee was so nice and very responsive. This place was spotless and so well appointed. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We so enjoyed having the two wonderful restaurants at the end of the peer. Looking out in the water and the beautiful boats was so lovely. We had family that live in Gulf Breeze come over on their boat and pick us up. They were impressed with how easy it was to dock. I’m sad we didn’t have a pen to write in the guest book but we will definitely be back. Thank you Marina Management for a very enjoyable vacation.

We will be back soon. Best spot in Pensacola! JoDee was the best communicator and most helpful with great suggestions and very accommodating . The houseboat felt brand new, immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, well appointed, and had everything we needed and more. We stayed here for a downtown wedding and enjoyed Palofax, the seafood fest, and great dining at Joco’s, Lulu’s, and Hub Stacey’s. We were able to walk the town. We were close to the beach and saw so many fish from the docks. It was peaceful, relaxing, and many great memories were made! Thank you JoDee!

Pluses: Nice property - close to all the amenities offered in downtown Pensacola, very clean and nicely furnished. Minuses: It can be a bit noisy outside the unit - boats coming and going in the marina, cars passing by on Bayfront Blvd and air traffic from the airport. Also, the porch faces west, directly into the in the late afternoon sun, rendering the porch almost unusable and the unit does not have a dishwasher.

I stayed with my husband while we were in town to visit his family. We wanted to do something different from the standard condo or hotel and this place delivered. It was tidy and had everything we needed. We opted not to cook but the kitchen was amply supplied to make that easy if we had wanted to. The location is great - there are many restaurants withing walking distance and it is just a short drive to the beach. The unit was charming with plenty of room to stretch out and we really enjoyed the sunsets on the porch. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

Perfect Zen stay - just like the title says

I will say this is one of the very best stays I have ever had- the experience from beginning to end, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, peaceful , clean , excellently apportioned. One of the most comfortable properties I have experienced and cannot wait to go back - restaurants and local attractions very walkable... the hosts even noted that it was my birthday and went above and beyound!
