The condo itself was nice, clean and as described in the listing and the host was very communicative and accommodating. However, the building / property itself was pretty dated (e.g. old elevators) and the lobby and pool area were messy. The location was ok, it was on the beach so that was convenient but there was nothing else nearby within walking distance.

This condo unit / hotel was wonderful. The host was as hospitable as one could be. Extremely accommodating staff on the property. Highly recommend. We stayed with our two teenagers so having two full baths is a must. We loved it. Someday we will return.

The condo is very lovely and has everything you need to cook as if you were in your own kitchen. We loved the deck! You can see the ocean if you stand up but the main view is to the inter coastal waterway. We spent many hours relaxing on the deck. The condo is at the end of a hallway so it was very quiet. We would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful comfortable spacious apartment. We stayed for 10 days with two others and had ample space. Sahar is a fantastic host. You can see he cares about his property and the comfort of his guests. Very responsive. Great view of the intercoastal. The kitchen is brand new and makes you think twice about going out to eat! I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The unit itself was spotless, modern, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family.The host was fantastic—very responsive, accommodating, and quick to help with any questions or requests we had. Communication was excellent from start to finish.We honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about the apartment itself. The building was fairly average, but once inside the unit, it exceeded our expectations.One thing to note is that during our stay, the beach was affected by a significant amount of seaweed. The shoreline was very close and convenient, but it wasn’t an ideal time for swimming because of the seaweed. Of course, that’s seasonal and completely outside the host’s control.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Great location

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. It was a great location, the check in and out process was easy, the staff was very kind and the property was well maintained. The condo itself had great views, was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The room itself is beautiful, spacious, and wonderfully decorated. In addition, the communication with the host was a 5/5.The hotel/property is at best a 3/5. The property only has two elevators that are fairly small and are very slow. Often times our group, had to wait for the elevator to go up and down multiple times before we were able to get on. The halls are dimly lit and definitely could use some work/cleaning. There are two pools located on the property. One for children down below, and an adult pool with a bar attached. The servers and bartenders were all extremely nice and helpful. Lounge chairs by the pool are a little dated and often times in the mornings there was still garbage, food, and used towels left all over the pool. You are also not permitted to bring a water bottle of any kind to the pool. You will be told throw it out bring back up to your room. The property advertises towels that you can get from the a pool attendant. However, they are often out of towels. Our party checked 4 times in one day and were told they had none each time. You are welcome to bring your own chairs to the beach if you want, which was super helpful that the host supplies 6 chairs and 4 umbrellas in the unit itself. If you want to rent on the beach, chairs are 15 each and umbrellas are 20 each.

Perfect for our weekend stay

This location was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Living room was comfortable for watching movies and game nights. The kitchen was well stocked, although we made pizza one night and couldn’t find a pizza cutter, which was not a big deal. There were lots of extras in the condo that made our stay even better: games, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and sand toys to name a few. Great weekend stay!

The Alexander

This vacation condo is in a highrise hotel on the beach. It has a balcony with views of the intra coastal and partial view of the ocean. There are two pools and acess to the beach. Two bedrooms and baths, a full kitchen and living room. There is a restaurant and food service at the pool. There is a spa and gym which we did not use. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay at this property. The property amenities were nice especially the pool area. Great location in North Beach, quieter at night but only a 20-30 minute bike ride down to South Beach (there's a Citi Bike kiosk right across Collins Avenue from the property). Sahar was super quick to respond and made our check in and check out process smooth. Amazing balcony with great views of Millionaire's Row, Biscayne Bay, and the downtown Miami skyline. Beds were comfortable and kitchen will stocked. Highly recommend.
