Very clean and beautiful property near Sea World and BMT. Plenty of space for a large family and quick access to downtown SA, the River Walk and the Zoo. We were able to leave Sea World and be home in less than 9 minutes. The host were very easy to contact and responded right away. I'd recommend a stay here.

This was a perfect home base for our family to see our son graduate from Air Force BMT. It is convenient to everything - grocery store, restaurants, highways, Sea World - with multiple routes available in the event traffic doesn't cooperate. The home itself is clean and welcoming with comfortable beds and seating. The kitchen has what is needed to prepare just about any meal and the outdoor patio and kitchen is very comfortable (when not 100 degrees in August, anyway). Manuel & Arlene are excellent hosts, very helpful and communicative, and made everything easy. There are a few items just beginning showing some age (how does outdoor furniture ever survive that heat), but nothing impactful to the stay or level of comfort. We would absolutely stay here again.

Charles, thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We are thrilled that our home provided a comfortable and convenient home base for such a special occasion as your son’s Air Force BMT graduation. It was a pleasure hosting your family, and we truly appreciate your kind words about the home and our communication. We also appreciate you pointing out the few items beginning to show some age. The San Antonio heat certainly puts outdoor furniture to the test, and we’ll keep working to maintain and improve the property. It was wonderful having you as our guests, and we would be absolutely delighted to host you again in the future. Congratulations to your son on his graduation!
