Amazing!

Kinga has all the amenities you need plus some at this house. The house is gorgeous and spotless. The pool is heated and the back deck is very relaxing. You won't go wrong choosing this listing!

Highly recommend

The house and property was perfect for our group of 11. 5 adults and 6 kids. They had beach towels and chairs which was very helpful for packing. We had one minor issue with the house and they were there immediately to take care of it. I would stay here again.

Another fantastic stay!

We stayed at this property last year, loved it so much that we stayed again this year and it did not disappoint. The house is fabulous, pools amazing and the hosts are perfectly wonderful to deal with. Big thumbs up again.

Excellent home

We came in for US Rowing Youth regatta and had 4 families, 10 people. House was perfect. Well equiped, lots of space, pool was amazing. Contact with home owner fast and wonderful. Loved it. Highly recommend

Amazing place to stay!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous. So much room and the front yard is a dream for a parent with small kids or families with kids in sports. The owners were awesome as well. Extremely nice people and very helpful with anything you need. Will definitely be booking this place for our next Florida vacation.

Baseball and kids

Location was great for getting to beaches, Armand circle and especially Ed Smith Stadium. Kids loved the pool and the chairs made going to the beach very easy. The kids loved the pool so much, we struggled to get them out for our other activities

Fantastic ranch style house

Me, my wife and two children (2 & 4) had a fantastic stay at this property. The house stayed perfectly cool for the high temperatures outside we experienced, the pool area is the best pool area we’ve experienced and the pool itself was a perfect size and wonderfully deep at the deep end! The house inside was perfect too, furnished to a very high level with a fantastic fridge to keep those beers icy! Kinga and her husband were perfect hosts, resolving any issues immediately. Definitely, 100% will rebook in the future!

Awesome family vacation

Everyone in our family enjoyed this beautiful home and spent a lot of time in the pool and the outdoor area. The home is beautiful and spacious and we all had a great time.

Excellent House

The house exceeded our expectations. It is spacious and very well kept. The house felt welcoming and safe. It also has many great features and all the amenities mentioned in the description were available. Just about anything you could possibly need for your stay, you can find in this home. The back yard/pool deck was well furnished which made it such a great area in the house to relax and enjoy. The pool was very clean and the kids and adults loved getting into the pool. The host was awesome, she made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house! We will definitely book this house again for our next vacation to Florida!

Exceptional House

Our stay at Kinga’s place was excellent. The location was close to the beach, grocery stores, quiet and safe! The 4 bedrooms are spacious, the master has a gorgeous ensuite and the kitchen is well-equipped, modern, spacious and great for cooking. The house was exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed plus more! Kinga was responsive, kind and made us feel welcome!

Great house for families!

We had the best time. The owners were so kind and helped us with everything we needed. We loved having the pool. Everything you need is there, they didn’t leave a single detail out. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home!

We stayed 5 nights at this house for our son’s destination wedding. The house is beautiful…like out of the pages of a design magazine! Kinga has stocked her home well and we enjoyed ourselves so much! The pool area is beautiful and the kitchen has top of the line brand new appliances! If we ever have to go back to Sarasota, we will definitely stay in this house again!

Awesome Place!

This place was absolutely perfect! We had a group of insurance adjusters who stayed here for 2 weeks assisting with hurricane Ian recovery efforts and we couldn’t have picked a better location. The house is equipped with everything you need to house multiple people for several weeks at a time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much use out of the pool because we were so busy working but it made for a beautiful backdrop while we worked under the screened lanais. Thank you Kinga for being such an amazing host! We are certainly grateful and will be back next time we find ourselves in Sarasota. :)

Best vacation ever!

Excellent! House is in nice,safe area, many restaurants and UTC mall are close as well as the best beaches Lido key and Siesta. House is spacious,clean and backyard is just breathtaking.

I lived in Chicago for most of my life, and I was born in Poland.
My life motto:
" We can only love those, that allow us to love them". I think that life is about love and freedom, understanding and learning as we go through life. I believe in traveling as much as possible. I am simple individual, that is trying to find out what I came from, what is my mission and where am I going to?
I have 2 grown up kids, that I was blessed with. I moved to Sarasota just a 2 years ago, and I think this is just simply a Paradise!

Pots, pans, dishes, towels, sheets were picked out just for you and your comfort. We are constantly improving things this home, for your comfort.
We even did epoxy floors in the garage
