Located just steps from Lake Winnipesaukee, this home is convenient to Brewster Academy, multiple golf courses, two public boat launches, hiking, parks, and museums. In the winter, several ski hills are within 50 miles.

Right at home, you won’t be the only one to appreciate the secluded location - lots of local wildlife, including bears, owls, foxes, turkeys, and deer, make regular appearances. Make friends with the locals from inside your screened wraparound porch, the perfect place to wake up with a cup of coffee each morning. Head inside to the full, well-equipped kitchen when hunger strikes, and grab a bite together at the large table in the dining room. After a day of exploring, come home and get cozy in front of the gas fireplace. Fire up the gas grill for dinner or, if you’d rather dine out, visit one of the many local restaurants. Stream the latest release on either TV, play a board game, or check up on your social accounts with the free WiFi. The night ends in one of four well-appointed bedrooms, with three upstairs and one down. But don’t call it a night before spending a bit of time together around the fire pit, admiring the clear night sky.
