Great experience

This place is in a great location. It was also stocked with plenty of toilet paper, shampoo and sun screen, coffee and tea etc. It has one bed for two people and a couch (not a pull out bed). The kitchen is well equipped and overall our stay was a very positive experience. Everything is clean and new. We’ll come back to this place for our next stay.

We loved this little studio apartment. It had everything we needed including a nicely equipped little kitchen area and a washing machine. The location is extremely good - just a few minutes walk to the waterfront. We walked to the apartment from the train station with no issues. Note there is only a small window and door for light. The bed and bathroom are quite small. No problems with noise (we were there in May).

Great location for single travelers

This newly remodeled property is ideally located in old town, near to the shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the train. It is not a view property. It does not have air-conditioning, but it does have a large ceiling fan that capture the room. Cool enough even in the high heat when I stayed.. the property manager communicates immediately. I would recommend this for a short stay for someone that was traveling and not spending a lot of time in the room.

Fantastic location near everything in the Old Town. Very easily walkable anywhere, even the train station to get to the airport, or other stops of interest in the surrounding area. We were there in mid-July and the outside temps were in the upper 80s, the unit DOES NOT have air conditioning, so keep that in mind when taking into consideration. We understand most properties in the Old Town don't have A/C either, so keep that in mind. Communication was great, even provided us a stand fan to help with the 80 temp in the unit during the evenings. It did help, but was still quite difficult to get good sleep at that temp. Overall, would stay again, but not in the heat of the summer; only spring or fall.

This stay checked all the boxes for us! Located right in the heart of Ville-French-Sur-Mer and equipped with everything you may need from beach towels, umbrellas, wine opener, coffee machine, fridge, etc. Check in was easy and Tasmin was great at communication. This location was perfect for us as we prefer a smaller, quieter town but would still like access to restaurants, public transportation & the beach. It’s about a 5-8 min walk to the train station and trains run pretty frequently (every 15-20 min.) So many great restaurants for you to check out nearby. Bakar coffee shop is a must for your morning coffee/ pastries and afternoon spritz in fun flavors. Les Garcones, La Belle Etoile and La Caravelle are all fabulous dining options within a 5 min walk (suggest making reservations.) There is also a very cute, small wine bar run by a woman and her daughter. We had amazing experience there, live music and such a fun vibe. I was worried about it not having AC but even when it’s 85 degrees outside it manages to stay cool inside when you have the fan on. If you are thinking about booking this place DO IT!!!
