Stay in a charming craftsman in the highly desirable area of Country Club Dr. This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a large, well-manicured backyard area with a fire pit, a bar for relaxing, and comfortable seating areas. The bar offers an indoor/outdoor entertainment area along with several seating areas to choose from.

Your dogs (limit 2) are welcome! There is a small-medium sized doggy door for them to go in and out of. The backyard is fully fenced, along with the front yard for them to enjoy the outdoor space as well. Dog bowls, dog toys and dog beds are provided for their stay as well.

Relax and watch the world go by sitting on the patio as well. This private home features upscale appointments with comfortable accommodations in each room. The home has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Prescott!

Within walking distance to downtown Prescott. A short drive to many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and more! Enjoy all that Prescott has to offer year-round. Relax in comfort in this beautiful craftsman home as you visit Prescott.

I have taken every extra step to ensure that my home is a comfortable home to stay in during your time in Prescott!

When you check-in, you will receive an invite to an app that you will need to download. That app will give you access to the property.

When you are ready to check out there will not be a list of chores for you to do! Simply let us know that you are departing. We ask that you do just pick up after yourself but don't start the laundry or the dishwasher. We'll handle all of it, simply enjoy your stay!

The house was perfectly stocked and dog friendly and the backyard was amazing. Walking distance to Whisky Row was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Charming and comfortable, this VRBO is one of the best out there. The neighborhood is pretty and safe, and the back yard is beyond gorgeous. Our dogs loved it and so did we. Fully fenced with many private little sitting areas in the yard. Definitely a 5 star in every way.

Everything about 810 Country Club was just perfect. Exactly what we were looking for and hoping to come back so we can sit in the front porch and enjoy the neighborhood. Plus, the Square was Avery nice place to walkout fog. She seemed to enjoy our trip too.

Perfect, we will be back

Very well appointed home. Clean, kitchen had everything that we needed. It was nice to sit in the front yard to say hello to the walkers. The backyard was so much fun. My dogs loved it. The party "house" in the backyard felt more like a tree house. Met the neighbors that are super friendly and nice. Nothing negative to say. Only a 1/2 mile walk into downtown.

Great place

Gated front and fantastic backyard for dogs and people. Cute house. Tricky access into house and I highly suggest you download the app for entrance. The house and neighborhood have a lot of charm and close to downtown.

Cutest House a MUST stay

This is the cutest house, I am obsessed and we will stay again!! Everything you need, backyard is so adorable and perfect! Great location to DT Prescott and our little chihuahua was treated like a princess! Loved it we will 100% be renting this one again! Owner was responsive and great. Highly recommend

Charming Cottage close to Downtown Prescott

We loved our stay at Anne’s adorable cottage in beautiful Prescott. This home is meticulously maintained & probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The neighborhood is so cute with historical houses all on a pretty tree lined street. You are less than a mile from the Town Square with all the best restaurants, bars & shopping. The house itself is quaint but plenty of room for myself, my husband & our pup. The backyard is tiered with quite a few steps but no problem for us & it is even prettier than the pictures. Great flat front yard too with grass that’s nice to sit & watch the neighbors walk by. Not to mention everyone we encountered in the neighborhood was so nice & welcoming. We look forward to staying in this beautiful cottage again soon.

Exceeded Our Expectations

It’s unusual to arrive at a property and it presents better than depicted, however, this is exactly what my husband and I experienced when we arrived. The home is lovely, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The neighborhood is charming and peaceful. The home is spacious and well appointed. Upon arrival we immediately felt welcome by the gift basket of snacks, dog toys and a sweet message on the dry erase board. The dogs were thrilled with the dog door to the expansive back yard and they spent hours running and exploring within the fully fenced yard. The humans enjoyed the back yard too… it’s an oasis of various areas to hang out and relax. We especially enjoyed the outdoor bar. Anne, the owner, was a pleasure to interact with. She was quick to answer or be available to help us in any way we needed. We loved everything about the property and we highly recommend it to all potential renters. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you Anne and Brigette for going above and beyond on every aspect to make our stay at the beautiful property so pleasurable.

Beautiful home with a beautiful unique backyard

The home was well taken care of and beautifully decorated. Backyard was unique and also beautiful. Close to downtown Prescott. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Wonderfully remodeled home

What a fantastic property! Very well furnished/appointed home in nice neighborhood. Stocked with everything you could need. All newly remodeled and in excellent condition. Super comfortable beds. Cool bar area in the back yard. Convenient to downtown area. Anne was very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend & hope to stay here again!

I moved to Prescott about 4 years ago and it has been a charming city to call home. I moved down to the Phoenix area for work and am now opening up my home to visitors to Prescott to enjoy. This is my personal home and you will find it to be more comfortable than your average rentals. I come up once a month to stay and visit friends and family and I want my home to be as comfortable as possible for my stays along with guests that choose my home.
