Updated open 1 bedroom floor plan with a Queen Bed in Bedroom and sofa sleeper. Perfect for couples or small family. Quick walk to beach. Largest pool on Hilton Head. Elevator close by for easy access. Nice ocean views from balcony.

The beach is calling! Pack your bags for sun, surf, and total relaxation.

This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island. Located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort it has activities a plenty with 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, an onsite tennis pro for lessons, fitness center, corn hole, basketball, racquetball, a playground, catch and release fishing, bike rentals, a beach volleyball court, walking trails, and wildlife viewing. The resort also offers Coconutz Sports Bar with a full dinner menu, Gatorz pizza, open seasonally, Jamaica Joez Beach Bar with a full lunch menu, and Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut.

Nearby are golf courses, water sports rentals, shopping, miniature golf, art galleries, theater, great restaurants and so much more.

This condo is located on the second floor with elevator access nearby. There is a fully equipped kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. With a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper, this is the perfect size for a couple or small family (max occupancy of 4). Enjoy ocean views right from your furnished balcony. Free Wi-fi is included and coin laundry is in the building. Parking is unassigned and there is an additional $35 parking fee for more than 1 vehicle. First vehicle is included in your reservation. 2 beach chairs are available for your use and linens are supplied except for beach/pool towels.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

Birthday getaway

My husband and I came here for some much meeded rest and relaxation it just so happened to ne my birthday weekend even better. The location is perfect we were able to take a few steps and we were really right at the beach! So many great locations for food in the area, museums are nearby if that's your thing, a very cool lighthouse with an amazing view also minutes away..

Internet was poor. Clock didn’t work. Couch very old and uncomfortable. The back window treatments need to be upgraded. No ice machine in the building. Will not return.

Fantastic Beach Stay!!!!

Ocean Villa was a perfect stay for my husband and me. It was indeed a quick walk to the beach, which made getting there super easy. The area felt safe and we had no issues with noise/disturbances. The place was clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We would love to return sometime! Thanks!!!

Great stay

We really enjoyed the stay! The property was exactly what we needed as a small family with one small child. It was super convenient to get to the pool and the ocean! It was very easy to communicate with the host and they were very kind. Thank you for a great little vacation!

Beautiful stay! Exactly as described. Comfortable stay. Everything we needed for our weekend trip with 2 kids. Short walk to beach. Quick response when I had questions. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay will come back

So close to pool & nice easy walk to the beach. The unit we stayed in was just what we needed. Very clean & everything that we needed to make our stay complete. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay!

My family and I (husband, two year old and four year old) had a great stay at the property. The pull out was perfect for the kids, but I wouldnt want to sleep on it as an adult. We enjoyed the amenities at the condo, however wish the pool was heated. The small children's pool was great for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

Short but nice

Came for a quick visit to see if we liked Hilton Head. We did. Place was convenient to excellent restaurants. We’ll be back sometime when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the beach and pool.

Not pleased

So I was misinformed leading up to my stay. I was told I would receive my door code the day prior to checking in- that didn’t happen. I spent the morning of my day of check in on the phone trying to get said code before leaving my home so I was sure not to have any problems when arriving. I couldn’t reach the host. Finally they reached back out and said they would send it shortly prior or at check in time. This also didn’t happen and I had to reach out for it at 4pm. I check in and see that the room wasn’t really what is shown in photos- walls were cracking and looked like they had water damage..holes in the wall above kitchen backsplash, marks all over all the walls from previous guests (I assume), I saw hairballs on the floors, hair on the shower wall and the drain broken in the shower. The ONLY positive was the unit smelt decent and the view from the balcony was of the pool and ocean in the distance. I also would like to note that I had to reach out to the host again for check out instructions the night prior to checkout as they did not send them to me. I shouldn’t have to do this on my vacation- it is the host’s job to do this. You pay a large sum of money with expectations that where you’re staying is going to be worth said amount and that the host will be better about communicating but that was not the case this go around. The only time they reached out was AFTER I messaged them..and also when I checked out asking me to leave a review. Here’s your review!

Villa B213

We have stayed 3 consecutive years at HB&T and this was our favorite Villa so far. The unit was clean and looks to be recently renovated. The layout of the bedroom was great and the queen sized bed was very comfortable. A/C worked perfectly and will remember this Villa and hope to spend a full 2 weeks. Also the cable TV had plenty of channels unlike other units. The beach is just over the dune bridge and nice as always.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this beachside condo. Great location as we were able to easily walk to the beach and access the other services this resort had to offer. It was also close to other restaurants and places we wanted to try. The only opportunity we identified was more clear directions upfront on how to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Thankfully the property owner was able to point us in the right direction but it would have been beneficial to know in advance.

Get away to rest amd relax

We took this week to get away and relax after I finished nursing school and before starting a new job. This was perfect! Right on the ocean, great pool and positioned well to sight-see multiple days in all directions! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to cook when we wanted to stay in. Went to Coconutz a few times and loved the drinks, food and atmosphere! The Long Islands were perfect, the Island Salad is my favorite and trivia night was a blast!

Great location

This condo is in a fabulous location. The pool is amazing. The condo itself is okay. I appreciate the clean white sheets, towels, and shower curtain. The condo was clean, but the floors could have used a good mopping. We had a great week!

Ease of Access to Beach

Our stay was pretty good. We didn't have many issues at all. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I to stay and the amenities were great as well. The only issue we encountered was the ceiling in the bathroom appeared to be leaking. We tried to contact the After Hours phone line to inform someone, but I couldn't get through or leave a message. I reported it to the front desk and luckily the property above us was owned by the resort, so they checked into it for us and were handling it. They were very gracious and attentive to our request. As a matter of fact, the security guys met us at our door after we reported the issue to investigate. The next morning they came to check back in and informed us that there had been a leak upstairs and they said they were contacting LSI on our behalf to get it taken care of. Other than that incident, we enjoyed our stay and will probably go back to the Hilton Head area again!
