Great place!!

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. It was a great place for the two of us. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool.

Wonderful condo!

This condo is as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, nicely kept, had a good view of the ocean, and in a convenient location on the resort as it was a short walk to the beach and the convention center. The resort grounds were well kept and the area felt safe. The condo owner was pleasant, professional, and prompt with answers to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

10 day vacation

My wife's and my time was wonderful we enjoyed this day at the condo immensely as well as our stay in Hilton Head it was a perfect way to get away from everything for our anniversary Great communication from the owner, quiet and peaceful within the condo space itself and very short walk to the beach.

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved the condo and the resort. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. We were right by the pool and right on the beach. Unfortunately our visit was cut short by the Tropical storm Debbie. Tom Was very understanding and worked with us. We will definitely be going back!

Great choice!

Wonderful time! Our condo was close to restaurants and shopping. The pool and ocean were just a short easy walk. Pickleball courts were great. Elevator and luggage carts available. Bar by pool is well stocked. Bathroom is close and clean. Our host was great!! Instructions sent to me prior to arrival and was quick to respond back with questions. Want to make it an annual spring mini vacation!!

Pretty darn near perfect

Great property and great unit. My only suggestions would be get K cup coffee brewer a 2nd beach chair. We were expecting 2 beach chairs and only had 1. Minor things. Other than that, it was great. We would definitely come back.

Excellent Experience

Balcony had a nice view of the property and the ocean. The unit was clean and fresh. Well equipped with everything you would need for the week. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great access to beach and pool

Since the beach was only a short distance away, I felt completely comfortable walking down to the beach alone to watch the sunrise. The unit was more than adequate for two people. The convenience of a keyless entry with a keypad on the door was nice. A ramp to the elevator and luggage cart were also a plus. The unit was clean, quiet and well stocked with towels, paper towels, dish sponge, etc. The pool was one of the largest I’ve seen and the shade provided around the pool was a huge bonus. All in all, we had a great stay.

Family Vacation

I didn’t need to do much but book the condo with the owners. Just before our stay I received a message with all of the info needed. They had small things that were very helpful, specifically in the kitchen; dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent pods which I haven’t had others leave before and I always had to run out to buy. Their place was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the ocean view from the rocker on the balcony and its close proximity to beach access. I would definitely recommend a stay here !

Hi, my name is Tom, my wife Lynne and my sister-n-law, Kathy, purchased this condo in the summer of 2009. We live in Cincinnati, OH. My family has been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 20 years and really enjoy visiting the island. Our kids just love the beach and the family activities on the island. So, we decided to buy a villa to share this wonderful beach experience with friends and family. The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort provides such an enjoyable family retreat, that we are sure others will have a relaxing and fun vacation experience! Tom, Lynne & Kathy
