This villa has it all! 2nd villa to ocean front and just steps to the beach! Centrally located to Coligny Plaza with many restaurants, shops, bars, and fun, family entertainment! Prior guests, the best source of unbiased feedback, have rated this villa as a great getaway with stunning ocean views from your private balcony with plentiful accommodations. This beautifully decorated second-floor villa is 518 sq feet and is located in Sea Side Villas 1, a gated, oceanfront complex. It is designated non-smoking for your comfort and comes fully equipped with 2 complimentary beach cruisers, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience and entertainment. This Sea Side complex features a relaxing, oceanfront sundeck, swing, pool, washer and dryers on each floor, elevator access, and secure covered parking. The cozy bedroom features a brand NEW comfy, queen size bed with HDTV. The ocean waves can be heard from the charming living/dining area. There is a comfortable, NEW sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD player in the living area too. Additionally, two built-in bunk beds, which are ideal for younger children (13-), help conveniently accommodate small families. The fully stocked, functional kitchen includes range, microwave, dishwasher, and full accommodations. Relax at the most beautiful beach on the East Coast, or play the challenging golf courses while enjoying this oceanfront complex. There are miles of biking trails to enjoy, numerous golf and tennis facilities, and world-class restaurants. Perfect place for RBC Heritage week

Fantastic

Great stay!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The view was exceptional, as was the deck to enjoy it on. The bikes were a huge plus, and it was so fun riding up and down the beach. Great beach access, perfect location, walkable to Coligny Plaza with many restaurants and shops. Would gladly stay here again!!

Anniversary on the Beach

Our 20th wedding anniversary was very special as we celebrated at this beautiful location on the beach. The hosts made it extra special by surprising us with a card, bottle of wine and dessert. Waking up to the spectacular view of the ocean was amazing. The accommodations were wonderful.

Great place!

We only had a couple days in Hilton Head but this place was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful and we loved the beach. Did lots of walking on the beach and enjoyed the chairs and umbrella. We also took the bikes for a short 3 mile ride to see a little more of the island and they were great, easy riding bikes. Swam in the pool and it was very nice. Love the place and bed was pretty comfy. Kitchen was small but nice and loved having the ice trays to fill up beach cooler. Would stay here again!

Very relaxing

We enjoyed the ocean, sand, Coligny Plaza, an alligator cruse, dolphin excursion and Hilton Head Ocean museum, riding bikes, Harbour Town and much more. Made many memories.

Cute condo in a great location

My husband, my 7-year-old son and I spent 4 nights in this adorable condo. Erin was very welcoming and made sure I knew how to get there, check in and she was always available to answer questions. The place was so cute, very clean and had everything we needed. The building is right on the beach and a short walk to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and we’re planning to come back soon.

Great Location and clean!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside villas! The view and distance to the beach was the biggest perk. The room is on the smaller side but it was perfect for my spouse and I. The hosts are very responsive and available. We even walked into a sweet surprise for our anniversary! You won’t regret booking.

Great time

We were very pleased. The condo was clean and the location was perfect, close to the beach and Coligny Plaza(but not to close) we had a wonderful visit. We loved that we were allowed to stay for two nights versus many rentals that have a 3 night minimum,. Thanks Erin!

HHI Delight

I always try to find a condo with a good view. This condo has a fabulous view from the balcony and is convenient to some great restaurants, local park, and bike trails. Bonus feature of rabbits and deer to watch from the property swing and deck if you are an animal lover. We have stayed in Seaside Villas several times and this is my favorite unit. Enjoyed it greatly!

Fantastic!

Wonderful stay, awesome location. Just what my wife and I were looking for. Great view of the ocean from the condo. Superb communications from the owner. Literature was awaiting us concerning the area. The bikes provided were great and were used numerous times during our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back someday.

A Perfect Week!

We enjoyed our week long vacation at Sea Side Villa 228! It was so nice to have all the things we would need to enjoy the beach and our stay available at our fingertips. The unit was super comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the "little" surprises left for us to welcome us to Hilton Head! We would definitely stay at Nick and Erin"s unit again.

Perfect Getaway

This was our first VRBO experience and it was awesome! The thing that made it so great was the communication by the host. We of course had questions during check in and the host answered very quickly. The walk to the beach was less than a football field and there was a shower station right next to the gate. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable (our girls loved the bunk beds). We had a blast using the bikes! Would definitely recommend this place for a quick getaway. I hope all the Vrbo hosts are so easy to communicate with.

Excellent for a family of 3!

Unit is just as listed! We loved being so close to the beach! The condo was perfect for us as a family of 3 - plenty of linens/towels, coffee cups (we loved the blue mugs with lids so much we found them on Amazon and ordered a cream set for our own house!!), and thoughtfully placed shelves/blankets/etc to make it very usable and cozy! We loved our stay and hope to return to this condo again someday!

Wonderful getaway

Great location and everything you need to relax at the beach! The kids and I booked a last minute trip to see family and were very pleased this unit was available. We brought groceries and were able to eat most meals in the room thanks to the cute little kitchen. Neat area to explore and ride bikes. Loved the pool and quick walk to the beach to play. Wonderful hosts who kept in contact to make sure things were smooth. The best part is the view from the balcony. We really enjoyed sitting out there and seeing the beach.

Awesome experience

Erin & Nick are the BEST!!! My wife and I stayed three nights on our way to Florida for the winter. Erin & Nick are very attentive to their guests. The accommodations were perfect for me and my wife. So close to the beach, cycling trails and lots of fine dinning establishments are a few blocks away. The unit was very clean and had every thing we needed. Can’t say enough good things about our stay at HHI. Highly recommended… and would stay again in a heartbeat… Thanks for making this such a memorable experience. Jon & Laurie

We are the Tallent's- Homeschooling, construction company owners, who were born and raised in Northwest Ohio, but call Tega Cay, South Carolina our home now since 2005. Nick loves to cook and Erin loves gardening. We both LOVE food! We also enjoy spending our free time outside with the family mostly on the water, but also camping and hiking. Boating, paddling, fishing, tubing ect. are some of our favorite water activities. You can most often find us hanging with our kids or around the table enjoying good food, games and friendships!

We fell in love with HHI and the slow pace of Island life the very first time we visited with our large family in 2005. We dreamed of the day when we would eventually have a place to call our own near the ocean! We love Sea Side Villas and the vast beach and activities that South Forest Beach has to offer. Biking, long walks on the beach, thrifting, grilling out, games, watching the sun rise and set, and night crabbing are our favorite things to do while staying at Island Thyme!
