The home was clean; check-in was flawless; wry pet friendly. The only reason not 5 stars… several lights downstairs and front porch light did not work. Otherwise great property and easy access for our needs. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, a nice little property. Nice layout. Lovely neighborhood. A wooded park forms the back view.

Near the Neuse River Greenway!

Spacious townhouse less than a one minute walk from the Neuse River Greenway! Perfect location with pizza, a Food Lion grocery store and a Sheetz convenience store with fuel very close by. Townhouse had a comfortable bed and a dedicated desk area with excellent internet for working from home. Great communication with the hosts too! My senior pup and I enjoyed our two week stay! Thank you!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with VRBO. I rented this place for 2 months but couldn't stay there because it was so dirty and smelled so bad. Not to mention there is no maintenance of the place. The mattress was about 2 inches thick, carpets were stained, blinds were broken, lights weren't working, walls are scuffed and holes in the walls. They tried to cover the smell with air fresheners in every room which made it even worse, to the point no one could stay there. Even though no one was there after the first day, the host still charged the entire amount. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE if you care about cleanliness. Don't count on VRBOcare to help.

We are professional hosts and temporary housing specialists. We manage multiple properties across the area with a very high standard. You can check our reviews both on VRBO and Airbnb. Unfortunately, this guest decided to retaliate after learning that her scam to get the stay for free didn't work. We do not tolerate this behavior and I hope other home owners will be aware before letting them stay at their place.

we requested the owner put the a/c on 69 because he left it on 75 for two days and i asked him 4 times to lower it. it was 95 degrees and we sweltered there. too hot upstairs so i slept on couch. then we had ants for two days until he called the exterminator to spray. never told us the faucet on tub worked backwards so i had one bathroom to bath until my daughter showed up. he told me i would get a refund and then said no. i was very disgusted there. beautiful home but hot house ruined it for us.
