We love that the condo is just a short walk to the beach, the Seawalk Pavilion, restaurants, nightlife, and local shops. At the same time, the street itself is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. It’s also conveniently located near major attractions like TPC Sawgrass and Mayo Clinic Jacksonville.

The condo is also a top-floor unit, offering the best views and ocean breezes in the building. Guests love the modern updates, comfortable layout, TVs in every room, and the ability to easily walk to the beach and downtown Jacksonville Beach while still returning to a quiet street at the end of the day.
