Waterfront Home w/ Private Heated Pool, 5 Min to AMI

Welcome to our beautiful Blue Opal vacation home. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom waterfront and private pool home is ideally situated just 5 minutes away from Anna Maria Island's award winning beaches, as well as the Intercoastal Waterways (ICW) and Gulf of Mexico.

We encourage you to bring your own boat or rent one locally. The lot offers a fenced in trailer parking spot (max trailer width 8'), as well as a dock to tie down a watercraft. Many individual touches make this home stand out compared to the rest, including but not limited to black-out shades in every bedroom, USB charging ports on nightstands, large divided closets, smart TV's, and high end finishes throughout.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower and bathtub (not jetted). The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, TV and closet. The third bedroom offers two twin size beds, a TV and closet. Second and third bedroom share a hallway bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower.

An open living space concept is the perfect spot for family and friends to gather for meals and entertainment. Lots of windows in each room and big glass sliding doors to the outdoor pool area allow lots of inviting Florida sunlight inside. The living room offers seating for up to 5 people and the dining area seats up to 6 people. Another 4 bar stools are available on the oversized kitchen counter top. The kitchen with high-end appliances is well stocked to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The outdoor pool area offers beautiful views of the canal and most importantly a private heated pool. A BBQ is available as well. Gather everyone in the screened and comfortable dining area to enjoy a dinner as the sun sets, or play some board and card games.

A washer and dryer are available inside the garage, which offers space for one midsize cars. Maximum number of vehicles is 3, excluding boat trailer. Parking on left side shell area is not permitted.

Perfect AMI vaction Getaway

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The home is beautiful, with neat landscaping all the amenities you'd want and perfect warer access by boat to ami. We would definitely book here again! Highly recommended!

This house was beautiful. It was comfortable. The floor plan was excellent for our needs. The Lanai was fantastic to sit and have coffee. I would rent this place again for sure.

Minute we open front door you saw a 9’ patio door and pool and canal ,it was awesome. The house was super clean , And a goodie bag to start our vacation. Would definitely book again

Great Clean and newly remodeled.

We absolutely loved this house. It had everything we needed. We had our 4 kids with. We saw manatees and dolphins down the canal while kayaking. Beds were comfortable, pool was clean, plenty of cooking supplies and dinnerware. Pool was very clean. Location is great. We'd go back to this house for sure.

Relaxed and Tranquil

The house is wonderful. It is so well equipped with everything you would need including fast WIFI and smart TV with cable. Pool and lanai area is blissful, it’s so quiet and peaceful with a relaxing setting. Hosts did everything we could have possibly asked for before and during our stay, especially making sure the equipment we needed for our 1year old was in top condition. We will definitely be returning next year, thank you!!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect location to be off the beaten path in a quiet neighborhood but yet, only minutes from the beach and activities! Our kids enjoyed hours in the pool before and after our daily travels! It's so great to be able to do some laundry and make some of your own meals. We had everything we needed in a home away from home for the week. It would be nice to have loungers by the pool to relax a bit more in and better fitting sheets on the beds as they often popped off but other than that, we ranked this a great family vacation stay for all of us!

Beach Vacation

We had a great time on our vacation. Everything was beautiful in the home and had everything we needed and then some. We did have an issue with the AC motor breaking, but we contacted the property manager, Alex, and he was coming over to check it and had someone there within the hour to get it fixed. The dock just steps away from the porch was awesome and easy to get our 22ft boat in and out. We enjoyed staying here! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for family

We enjoyed our stay and the heated pool. Few minutes to the beach and lots of restaurants. The house was very clean and well stocked including pool and beach toys for the kiddos and beach towels. Management brought us a high chair and pack n play and walker. 5 stars!

It was great

The property was well kept and nicely stocked ! It was quiet and peaceful. The small amenities they had for us when we got there was nice . Paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent and hand soap to start our week ! The beach chairs and cooler were nice to be able to take to the beach! Locals very convenient and close to everything. We would definitely rent it again ! We will be back

A Little Slice of Heaven

It was hard to leave. Everything about the place, every detail was thought of with convenience and care in mind. The neighborhood was very friendly (dogs everywhere) ! Fishing steps from the back porch. I could go on...You'll have to find out for yourself.

Everything about this home was perfect. It's the greatest location, five minutes to the most beautiful beaches (without traffic) five minutes to all the shopping you need, yet very private. The home is fully equipped. The owners are the sweetest, we had the pleasure of meeting them. Boaters Paradise

Beautiful, well furnished and high-tech home with the perfect dock for our 24' center console. The pool felt wonderful after a long day on the water. Quick trip up to Tampa Bay and down to Siesta Key. Just be careful coming into and out of Palma Sola Bay. The channel is quite narrow in places and zig zags back and forth. Putting this place on our favorites list, definitely looking forward to staying at Blue Opal again. And by the way, the staff were super helpful and responsive with questions about the check-in process via a tablet computer. Super cool and easy to use, we just weren't expecting such a sophisticated system.

Wonderful Stay with so much attention to detail!

This property is in a great location with access to AMI and to Palma Sola Bay. We rented a boat and had the best time boating around the area. This home has EVERYTHING!! Pool floats, noodles, beach chairs/toys, air compressor just to name a few outside toys. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, basic supplies of sugar, salt, pepper, cooking spray. These things seem simple, however are necessities when staying/cooking in. There were plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper, trash bags and even laundry detergent....the list goes on and on. The owners and property managers have gone above and beyond to provide all the conveniences and comforts of home. We would love to return again soon.

Great Hub Spot

The property was centrally located for many day trips or even just a chill day at home by the pool. The canal location and included slip was icing on the cake for renting a boat through Manatee Marine Rentals and discovering nearby sandbar, mangrove fishing and tiki bar refreshments. My wife and I along with great friends and their 5 year old daughter had all we needed. The host communicated well and the property was well taken care of. I noticed a rip in one of the lanai screen panels upon arrival and reported it, and they had someone there the following day to repair it which was a 10min repair if that on a Saturday. The property: updated appliances, fixtures, hard surfaces, pool, boat slip and easy to keep clean. Clear defined checkin and departure process as well as a slew of local to-dos and services provided by the concierge tablet that welcomes you upon arrival. Conclusion: Plain and simple, we’re all looking for a safe and quiet community… period. Add a location that is minutes to everything you cannot go wrong with this Blue Opal rental by Island Dreams.

Great property, but needs some changes for comfort

We were pleased with the property and the supplies provided by the home overall. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate cooking at home. We enjoyed the location and the access to the pool. However, we were not entirely pleased with the home because of the temperature requirements. It was very warm in the home for us due to the requirements for the thermostat. Even with keeping the blinds and any shades for the doors pulled closed, we often felt that it was too hot. The reasoning provided in the manual also was silly to us as we live in the coastal south with high humidity and would not feel that we have to keep our thermostat at 72 in the summer. If there is a true concern for the unit freezing, maybe they need to reevaluate the size or efficiency of the unit they have. We are on the fence if we would return for that reason because night time was uncomfortable. Other than this one concern, the home was great.

Great stay in a very beautiful home

Das Haus ist ideal für 4 Personen, ausreichend Platz ohne dass man sich im Weg ist. Tolle Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht. Lediglich einen Sonnenschirm für den Pool haben wir vermisst, Wir waren sicher nicht das Letzte Mal da!
