This is a 1 bedroom with a queen bed that has an adjustable base and a Purple brand mattress.
The kitchen is full stocked with all pots, pans and utensils. There is a coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer provided. The refrigerator provides ice and filtered water. There is a microwave as well as a toaster.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer for guests to use. There is laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets are provided.
Springfield is a historic district with homes under multiple stages of revitalization. The neighborhood is walkable with retail, dining and breweries a few blocks away. Downtown is approximately 1 mile away with easy access to TIAA Bank Field (1.5 miles), Daily Place Amphitheater (2 miles) and the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena (1.3 miles). It is 14 miles from Jacksonville International Airport and 16 miles from the beaches.
Owners live in upstairs unit and will be accessible for any questions, concerns or recommendations by phone, messaging or a knock on the door.
