Great Cozy Home!

This was such a cute quaint home that so cozy! Great location that was close to so many unique places and restaurants! It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the interstate and train but overall a wonderful stay!

This house smelled like stale cigarettes and urine (middle bedroom) and had inadequate and unmaintained kitchen utencils and virtually no flatware.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect house for my friends and I. We went out to riverside which was a short 3 minute drive away, the beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

Seeing my navy child before deployment

The house was cute. Very clean. I loved the shower because i have difficulty getting my leg over a tub. Beds very comfortable. Overall a great stay and i would stay there again.

The owner was super responsive when I had a request. Location is fine, not real fancy. We were there for a family event & we were glad to get this place!

Didn’t have any heat in the house when we arrived during 30 degree weather we plugged in the small radiator heaters but they were not effective at heat production and if two were plugged trip the circuit breaker. The clothes dryer was also not working which meant we had wet washed clothes that we couldn’t dry. I had to buy a fan with a blower and sleep in full clothes just to stay warm. The house conditions and reviews about the property did not align anywhere close to the description.

Everything you need!

The host did a great job to stock the home with all you will need for a stay. The home was clean and comfortable. There are a few local breweries within walking distance and downtown is not too far. The neighborhood is in transition with new homes replacing older homes as the area continues to improve.

Nice little house in a decent location. Only 10 minutes to Vystar Arena, which was nice. Only a few minutes from breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the washer/dryer or cook in the kitchen, so I can't accurately review the state of those amenities. The heat was off in the house when we got there, but it seemed to warm up fairly quickly with the help of the space heaters. As other reviews have noted, two space heaters cannot run at the same time in two bedroom or it trips the breaker. Overall, check-in/out was effortless and the convenience to the arena was our main focus. The house itself is clean and has enough seating and space for a small family. Very nice that it was pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood. We walked our dog around and everyone we walked past was friendly. This is an older, urban neighborhood so some people may find it off-putting, but we had zero problems and it was very quiet overnight. Overall, we would definitely stay again if we come back up to Jacksonville.

The place is clean and neighborhood quiet just off i-95. If you need a place to lay your head for a night like we did its fine, but with a family of little ones not so much. issues we had was the dryer did not work and we did not know until after we did a load of wash. Host did reach out and apologize for the inconvenience after I told him. The kitchen had a lingering smell of musty/mildew. The sheets had an overwhelming smell of either febreeze or perfume i don't know which, not a deal breaker but was odd. It was a cool night and space heaters were provided which was a plus, as it seemed the home central heat did not work well. Also neighborhood didn't seem the safest as at night as there were a bunch of people walking around aimlessly and there was a strong odor of marijuana on the street.
