It's an ideal pad for exploring Bourbon Country, a Keeneland weekend, or cheering on the UK Wildcats. You will be within walking distance to North Lime Donuts, Al's Bar, Arcadium Bar, Fleet Street Salon, & so much more! Guests will enjoy 2 Full Bathrooms, parking, & all the modern amenities needed for a trip to Lexington.

Live like a true Lexingtonian and immerse your self into that Kentucky way of LIFE! The Pink Pearl is full of charm and modern amenities. This remodeled home has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops & new stainless steel appliances. We have stocked the kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a long or short stay. The kitchen opens up to a cozy living room that features exposed brick. No matter the occasion we have games readily available to entertain on those late nights.

Perfect for couples, a wedding party, a family reunion, a girls getaway or even professionals on a work trip who need their individual space, this quaint home offers 2 private bedrooms..One bedroom features a queen-size bed & the other a king-size bed. The property has 2 restrooms. The master en-suite features a walk-in shower, while the hall bathroom features a great size tub. We have provided plenty of plush towels and a bath tray for those long days where you just want to come back and soak!

Did we mention, that the property has 3 TV's!!! Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TCL.

Location location location! Blocks away from shops and restaurants. Less than 11 minutes from a Kroger, Rite Aid and Liquor Barn if you need to stock up for your stay. 2.5 miles from UKs football and baseball stadiums. 1.9 miles to Rupp Arena. A 1-2 minute Uber downtown will cost less than $10. 15 minute drive from Keeneland and the airport.

Nice, cute property. Would stay again. Only thing to note is the neighborhood is in transition. Some people might be put off.
