Across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, Snowblaze 109, comfortably sleeps 6 guests. This updated condo is perfectly located with lots of Park City charm. It's perfect year round, walking distance to lifts, trails and Main Street. Bedroom 1 has a king bed & full bath. 2nd bedroom has a double bunk with a trundle. Kitchen is fully stocked and open to living and dining room. Cozy wood burning fireplace & outdoor patio. New to 2023, we have AIR CONDITIONING!! Common amenities include outdoor pool, hot tub & fitness room.

No need for a car! Everything is walkable or a quick free bus ride away

For the Summer :

Less than a 5 min walk to PayDay and Cresent Lift. 5 min pedal to Armstrong Trail. Ground level access for bikes. Common use bike room for all your tune up needs.

For the Winter:
Easy walk out the back door, across Empire Ave to PCMR. Common use Ski room to store you skis/boards. 5 min walk, fully dressed, to PayDay lift.

Perfect location and perfectly appointed

We’d gladly return. The location is perfect, walkable to the mountain and to town. The condo is perfectly appointed with everything you’d need. Communication with the host is fast, efficient, and friendly.

Great Location and Super Clean!!

I would absolutely stay here again! The condo was in an incredible location for getting to the PayDay lift, and also to restaurants, shops, etc. And the condo was very comfortable and clean. Rori and Jim were great hosts, very responsive if you had a question, but they let you be if not.

Great ski getaway

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and updated. The location was amazing, right across the street from the main ski lodge, and walkable to town easily. The building itself was on the older side and could use some improvements. The garage has low clearance, so we had to park our van in one of the reserved spots outside, but that wasn't an issue as outside parking was available. Our kids loved the buildings hottub and used it every evening. We would stay again!

Wonderful stay

We booked this property somewhat last-minute as another location fell through and were so pleased with our luck. The location is great - just across the parking lot from the lifts and lodge. Walkable even for a 12-year-old in ski boots. Parking was easily accessible. The home itself included a number of thoughtful amenities and touches that we really appreciated. My wife noted that the bed was even comfortable! The one thing I'd flag is one of the showers can be complicated given its height. Not at all a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. The hot tub is also getting a little dated, but that's really reaching to find something to quibble about. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would happily recommend this location to others!

Easy, early check in. Location was great. 5 minute walk to park city base and easy access to bus lines. Ground level place, so views of mountains not possible from the unit

I stayed here with a few friends for a ski trip at Park City Mountain and this listing is exactly as advertised. Amazing location with the mountain just across the street and a short walk into town. The place was clean and cozy! The hosts were amazing, and very quick to respond. I absolutely recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!!

FANTASTIC for Sundance and/or Ski Trip

Best lodging I’ve ever stayed at for Sundance! Unit was clean & spacious, location is spectacular, hot tub was delightful, showers were hot, furniture was comfy — I could go on and on. The host Rori was also GREAT; near-instant response time + she went over and above helping me out with a billing issue (one that was likely my fault). Strongly recommend!

Good location

Unit is, as stated previously in a great location just a short walk out the back walkway to the Park City Mountain base. Suggestions for unit: Provide basic staples like salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen. A good to scale map of the town with menus for local restaurants.

Park City Skiing

As advertised great location, easy walk to the mountain village. This condo was perfect for our family trip to PC, very clean and great communication with the host. Definitely recommend this property.

Great location to Park City Slopes

Highly recommend. Clean and recently renovated. As described in listing. Owners are very available to answer questions. You literallly walk across the street to the lifts.

Awesome ski vacation

Our family of four enjoyed four nights in this comfortable, convenient condo. It is exactly as pictured and is a short walk to the ski lifts. We were happy to have covered parking and a washer & dryer in the unit. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We had an awesome ski vacation. Thanks for hosting us!

Great location!

Located just by the car lot of the main base, it's all of 2 min walk to ski rental and main lifts. Super easy and close! Condo was clean and perfect for a couple with 2 kids. There is a nice wood fireplace too which we used. It had everything we needed for our 4 days of skiing. We did not have a car and didn't really need one.

Great Girls trip condo!

Location was great, easy walk to lifts and easy to get to main street. The condo was clean and comfortable. Bedrooms are on the small side. The main living space was perfect to sit and unwind after a day on the slopes. Also enjoyed the hot tub.

Hello! My name is Rori, I am a mom and a Pilot and we live full time in New Jersey but love to vacation in Park City during the winter and the summer.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

It is all about location. We are right across the street from the main parking lot. Never have to worry about rushing out the door to get a good parking spot, and after a long day of skiing, it's a super short walk home to rest and relax.

The condo now has Air Conditioning so after a long day of mountain bike riding or hiking, you can come home to a cool condo while you relax and recharge.

The hot tub and pool are open all year long. There is a paved trail right behind us that you can walk right up to Main Street. Have little ones? There is a beautiful playground 2 minutes away and a skate park, fields and tennis courts. Makes for fun all year long!!
