The open concept space has a large living room with a 65" smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and bay windows. All rooms have large windows that let in abundant light and allows guests to take in the view while inside. Outside, you can enjoy the patio or walk down to the lower terrace and take in the sunrise or sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage.

Your retreat is located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood with easy access (approximately 5 mins away) to Interstate 82. The Tri-Cities airport (PSC) is only 14 miles away. There are also over 36 wineries within 20 miles and over 200 wineries within 50 miles. Other places of interests are only minutes away: shopping, restaurants, the convention center, Columbia river, and other attractions.
