Fantastic Holiday Home with Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning and Rooftop Terrace with Panoramic View

Just outside the popular holiday destination of Sóller in the heart of the island, the Casa Catalina holiday home offers a fantastic roof terrace with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains. The accommodation has a cosy living room with beautiful ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom as well as a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 2 people. It also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a garden with a small terrace surrounded by orange and lemon trees and a covered rooftop terrace with a barbecue and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Spend some romantic hours under the starry sky and end the evening with a glass of wine. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 400 metres away and the centre of Sóller is a 13-minute walk away. The beach of Port de Sóller is a 10-minute drive away.



Parking is available on the property.

Taxis can not reach the property as the road is narrow and steep. However, it is a short distance from the road to the house.

The check in is possible until 21:00 h. If guests arrive later than that, from 21:00 up to 00:00 they will have to pay an additional fee for late check in. If guests arrive after 00:00 they will not be able to check in!

We spent a week in this fabulous house and loved everything about it! But let’s be honest: what makes the experience so unique is the VIEW!!!! The place makes you feel miles away from the rest of the world, yet you are 5 minutes away from all services, and 10 minutes from the beach. Can’t ask for anything more!Perfect place to stay in Sollèr.

Great location in a beautiful town.

Pros: Host was very friendly and helpful. The balcony and views were amazing Cons: The drive up the hill was a little tight but it did get easier and if we had a smaller car it may have been easier still

We didn’t want to risk scratching or crashing our hire car. Would advise other guests to park car on the main road and walk up. You do need to be reasonably fit to stay here!

Beautiful house surrounded by fruit trees

We couldn’t believe the amount of outdoor space at this little house! The house has three large patios/terraces with breathtaking views of the mountains and some fruit trees! This house has one of the best equipped kitchens of a holiday home we have stayed in. The knives were sharp, there was an outdoor grill and they had left a juicer for us to make juice with the fruit from the garden, wonderful! The house is up a short but steep hill, walking up with shopping and suitcases was a little more challenging but worth it for the tranquility and views. Finally, the aircon was very good and had clear communication with the host.

Incredible Getaway

My wife and I loved this place! The photos in the listing don’t do the view justice. It is truly breathtaking. The location is great too. Very secluded yet still walking distance into town and to any stores you need. Mallorca Born Properties was extremely helpful with the entire process and answering any questions we had. We only had one thing we had to ask for while there (a lighter for the gas stove), and they had it delivered to us in minutes after a quick message. Very impressed. One thing to be mindful of is that the driveway to the parking is quite steep and narrow at a couple spots. We rented a compact SUV (Toyota Yaris Cross) and had no issues, but any larger vehicle may struggle with it, so keep that in mind. But the parking lot is gated and the area felt very safe. We’re from Canada but hope to be back eventually!

Eine Finca zum Wohlfühlen !

Unser super Urlaub wurde von der herrlichen Finca abgerundet ! Das Zentrum ist schnell errreichbar, die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist besonders erwähnenswert, da lohnt sich der Auf-und Abstieg ! Das Quartier hat alle notwendigen Utensilien, sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber, eine Finca zum Wohlfühen !

Pros: Betreuung, Blick über Soller, Garten mit Apfelsinen und Zitronen zum Selberpflücken, viel Platz für zwei Personen , liebevolle detailreiche Einrichtung……..und eine Flasche Cava zur Begrüßung….. Cons: Enge und steile Zufahrt, der beschriebene Parkplatz „auf dem Grundstück“ ist ca. 50 m entfernt bei steilem Aufstieg/Abstieg.

Pros: Udsigten over byen og bjergene var fantastisk. Tæt på restauranter, vandreruter og relativt tæt på strand. Cons: Foreslå lejere at parkere ved hovedvejen og gå op da vejen er meget smal og man kan risikere at skulle bakke ned, hvis man møder en bil på vej op.
