This 2022 newly renovated boutique nightly rental features a modern industrial feel, plush new amenities, ultrafast Wi-Fi, and a prime location steps away from downtown shopping & dining.
Unit 12 is a one bedroom, located on the top floor.

With a fully stocked kitchen, exposed beams and beautiful brick walls, it is the perfect setting to relax after an exciting day exploring Elkin and the surrounding area.
Unit 12 features extremely fast Wifi on 2.4 or 5G channels, both allowing you to remotely work/or home school for the duration of your visit.
Parking is available directly behind the building and an overflow lot right across the street.
Our smart lock system offers guests a seamless check-in/out process.

Guests will have access to their unit and to all communal spaces including the roof deck.
There will be a $100 security deposit hold on your card at check in that gets released 7 days after check in provided there are no damages in the unit.
