This 2022 newly renovated boutique nightly rental features a modern industrial feel, plush new amenities, ultrafast Wi-Fi, and a prime location steps away from downtown shopping & dining!
Room 10 is a spacious studio loft, located on the top floor.
Amenities include:
• Exposed Brick Walls
• Communal Roof Deck
• Fully Stocked Kitchen
• Smart HDTV
• Ultrafast Wi-Fi
• Smart Lock
• Premium Coffee
• Premium Linens
Three Trails features extremely fast Wifi on 2.4 or 5G channels, both allowing you to remotely work/or home school for the duration of your visit.
Parking is available directly behind the building and an overflow lot right across the street.
Our smart lock system offers guests a seamless check-in/out process.

Guests will have access to their units and all common areas including the rooftop deck.
