This 2022 newly renovated boutique nightly rental features a modern industrial feel, plush new amenities, ultrafast Wi-Fi, and a prime location steps away from downtown shopping & dining.
Unit 11 is a 1 br/1ba located on the top floor.
Amenities include:
• 1br/1ba | Queen Bed
• Exposed Brick Walls
• Communal Roof Deck
• Fully Stocked Kitchen
• Smart HDTV
• Ultrafast Wi-Fi
• Smart Lock
• Premium Coffee
• Premium Linens
All units at Three Trails feature extremely fast Wifi on 2.4 or 5G channels, both allowing you to remotely work/or home school for the duration of your visit.
Parking is available directly behind the building with an overflow lot right across the street.
Our smart lock system offers guests a seamless check-in/out process.

Guests will have access to their unit and to all communal spaces including the roof deck.
There will be a $300 security deposit hold on your card at check in that gets released 7 days after check in provided there are no damages in the unit.
