The stay was excellent. My only comment is about the pool. The pool is poorly maintained and lacks cleanliness. The water quality is poor and needs proper maintenance. Everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful View and Comfortable!

The view was amazing! We loved waking up and going to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves and the coqui frogs on occasion too! The bed was very comfortable, and it was the perfect sized space with a well equipped kitchen for our anniversary getaway!

Beach vacation

This condo was clean with a great view of the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook and everything was very comfortable. The host communicated well. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful view and everything you need.

My wife and I stayed for a week in this apartment. The beach in front of the building was beautiful and to hear the surf as we slept was so relaxing. The apartment at everything you could want for a stay at the beach. They had pots, pans, silverware, glassware, small appliances, a full-size refrigerator and oven. In the closet on the terrace, they had toys to play in the sand and surf with. We lacked for nothing. It was a great day.

Perfect location, great views

This location was perfect for us (geographically) for everywhere we wanted to go. We were close to Fajardo, the ferry to Culebra & Vieques, and not too far from Old San Juan or the airport. The views of the ocean and less than one minute walk to be on the beach were also amazing. Communication with the owner was good when we had a couple questions also.

Beautiful views and close to everything

We enjoyed our perfect week staying here in eastern Puerto Rico. The comfortable apartment has spectacular views from the balcony and falling asleep to the sound of waves was lovely. Literally steps away from the beach to relax under the palms or play in the surf. So many great local restaurants and bars within walking distance or a short drive. The location provided an easy day trip drive to nearby El Yunque, San Juan or other towns. We are so glad we picked this property to enjoy our vacation.

First stay in Puerto Rico

This was the first time we were in Puerto Rico-loved the location, close to the El Yunque Rainforest activities as well as kayaking on the North East end. We found a yummy restaurant (La Fonda, try the TriFongo, Delish!) & coffee shop (Coffee Therapy, great coffee & staff) walking distance from the condo. The owners were quick to respond with any questions. Would stay here again if we come back to this area.

A slice of heaven!

What a beautiful spot to explore - the beach is to die for and El Yunque is just 15 minutes away. We also found a cool Jazz Bar that had a wonderful Jazz Brunch one beach over - C Note Jazz Club. So fun! We were very comfortable in the condo and enjoyed breakfast and some dinners on the porch enjoying the spectacular view. This place is awesome!

Perfect location and view!

Amazing trip! The location of Luquillo and the apartment makes for a perfect trip. You are on the beach and have amazing views with the balcony. The apartment is spacious and provides everything you would need for the beach. 100% recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Playa Azul condominiums. The location is very nice as it’s basically right on the beach and the view is amazing. The water is a little rough at this part of the beach but we enjoyed lounging in the sand. The condominium grounds are very nice. It being gated and always a security guard around was nice plus. We would definitely recommend this property and area.

Great property

Had an amazing experience! Great communication, perfect location, fabulous view! Definitely made the trip feel like a home away from home (in Paradise). Close to restaurants, grocery store, kiosks, that the rainforest! Thank you Alvy, can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic view, nice, secure apartment

The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for my wife and I for our week in Puerto Rico. Luquillo is wonderful with good restaurants & shops in the area, a couple on the beach. The building is secure overly so, we walked the beach & streets at night with no problems. The apartment is fully furnished, could use some updating but is in good shape and clean. The air conditioner is quiet and works well, the bed is reasonably hard. there are 2 futons in the living room for kids. It was windy while we were there, and the wind blows through the apartment, not oppressive, but it's there, the Internet was sketchy sometimes, I think it was upstream from the apartment 'cuz we always has a good wifi signal. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Comfy beach front condo with all the comforts of home.

Ty Alvey for being such a great accomodating host. The apt was equipped with all the little extras (cooler, beach chairs, sand toys, etc) that completed our stay. Withon 15 minute radius we went horseback riding, Luquillo beach, Paylas natural water slide and jet skiing. Ran out of time but plenty more to do and only approximately 40 minutes from airport. Safe secure family bldg. Very pleasant stay.

Home away home feel!!!

From Madeline’s Family I want to take the time to thank Alvy for being awesome host! Alvy picked every calls, text back quickly and was very informative too, thank you again Alvy!!!! Me, hubby and 3 children were very comfortable in the apartment, it felt like home to us! We went to Old San Juan and park in the parking lot for $4 which suggest getting there around 12 noon or so as they get pack for quick. We also visited Farjardo beach call seven seas it about 20 minutes from the apartment and we also did the local sight seeing too, Luquillo beach, the food, (Walgreens, Wendy and supermarket is right up the street from the apartment) we had a great time!! Alvy again thank you!!! We will definitely be staying there again! Oh let me not forget the ocean view was fantastic to wake up every morning to!!!

More then expected

This place by far was the best Home away from Home I rented. Everything We needed was provided. Convenient the supermarket, drug store, laundromat, best coffee place ever, food and not to mention great beach and terrific warm high wave ocean, spectacular view, amazing breeze, the kitchen had every amenity....I can go on and on....Great Place.

Awesome View!!

Alvy condo is awesome, everything you need is there including beach chairs,umbrella and a small cooler.The view from this 17th floor condo balcony is out of this world. Very secured place with 24 hours security guard at the gate. The beach across the street is beautiful and clean. Also there is a lot of places to eat close to the condo. Thank You Alvy for your hospitality. Will be back!!!

Outstanding

Alvy's condo is Awesome. It was beautiful, clean, and ready to go with everything we needed and even extras including beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. We loved that our balcony had an ocean view. We kept our balcony doors open day and night our whole stay. Alvy is very caring and considerate and always available for any questions you may have. I highly recommend!

Ocean View Value

We really enjoyed staying at this flat. It was totally worth it to go a bit north (Luquillo) and get an ocean front view. Below listed are our experiences at the flat. Pros: the owner is very responsive and communicative. The flat is truly an ocean view property and the views are gorgeous. The balcony is a tremendous asset. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony listening to the sound of the waves. We never had to use the air conditioning - just opened the windows at night and let the ocean breezes keep us cool. The kitchen is nicely fitted out with just about everything you need to prepare food. There are some items (salt/pepper, coffee, sugar) that are super helpful when you first come in. There is a Walmart "Amigos" across the street for groceries. Luquillo itself is a sleepy, friendly small cove. We highly recommend the ocean front restaurant Pasta and Pueblos. There is a large galley of restaurants within a short drive "kiosks". We highly recommend #20 Tennura. The food was absolutely amazing. Cons: There is a pool on the property and it is large and beautiful. However, when we were there, there were only 4 lounge chairs and a handful of regular chairs. So if you want to lay out by the pool, you may not be able to do so unless you wait for a lounge chair to become available. The changing room by the pool is extremely sketchy, change in the flat. The bed in the flat is small (a double in reality) and we did not find it comfortable. We slept on the futon in the living room which was more than adequate. The shower water does not get very hot - more like luke warm. The little things did not in any way take away from out stay. It was a tremendous value for the money to get an ocean view flat. We loved staying there and would definitely book again upon return to Puerto Rico.

The Condo is walking distance from the world-famous Luquillo Beach. Walking distance from restaurants, banks , grocery store, Laundromat, 2 Hotels and high way.
Come and feel the warm breeze from the 17th floor balcony of this comfortable condo. There is a wonderful view of the turquoise waters of Luquillo beach. The apartment is fully air conditioned with
Wi-Fi and a KING size bed and 1 SMART TV in the bedroom, 1 large screen TV in the living room, 2 futons (1 single, 1 double),
a dinning room for six.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every thing you can possibly need. You will also have everything needed for a day on the beach such as a beach umbrella , chairs , cooler and beach towels. If you are into basket ball, tennis or volley ball you will find equipment for that also in the apartment.
