Longer, "shorter-term" fully furnished rental, 30 day minimum rental up to 12 months. This beautifully and tastefully done home is fully furnished, in the heart of 12 South. Two floors of living space with 1224 square feet, it has two bedrooms and one and a half baths featuring an open floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout and contemporary finishes. Located steps from 12th Ave S and walking distance to all shops, restaurants, cafes and Sevier Park, it is private and peaceful with a fenced in backyard, a quiet oasis. One of the best neighborhoods in Nashville, this location can't be beat!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! House was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The host even provided coffee which was great. The area had a lot of small restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques right around the corner. The only downside to the listing is that it states that it sleeps 6. I did reach out to the host regarding this and she stated that it was based off of the Nashville city permits however we had a party of five and there were only two bedrooms with two beds leaving one person to sleep on the couch which is not ideal. Other than that it was a wonderful stay, beautiful home, and a great area.

We are originally from Boston, MA and moved to Nashville in 2020 for a change of pace and some Southern Hospitality. Cindy's career background is in real estate portfolio management and Mikey's is in construction design and development. We are experienced property owners, landlords and take pride in being incredibly responsive and being able to fix and build anything! We look forward to welcoming you to Nashville, specifically the neighborhood of 12 South, among the most charming areas to visit here.

This property is fully equip for a comfortable stay in one of the best areas of town. 12 South is an incredibly fun and walkable neighborhood. We are within minutes drive to The Parthanon, Music City Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Area, downtown Nashville -- Broadway, Honky Tonks. Our property is walking distance to all restaurants, cafes and shops in 12 South including:
