Great location, very comfortable house. Like other reviews mention a few more towels / updated linens would be the only thing to add. Otherwise a great stay!

I became a VRBO host because I genuinely enjoy creating welcoming, comfortable spaces where guests can relax and feel at home while exploring Nashville. Hosting allows me to combine my love for hospitality with the city I know well, offering thoughtful details, a great location, and clear communication to ensure every stay is smooth and memorable. My goal is simple: provide a clean, well-cared-for home and a stress-free experience so guests can focus on enjoying their time in Nashville.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose 12 South for this home because it perfectly represents what makes Nashville special—walkability, character, and a strong sense of local culture. The neighborhood offers an ideal balance of energy and charm, with great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and murals all within walking distance, while still feeling relaxed and residential. Its central location also makes it easy to reach downtown, The Gulch, and nearby universities, giving guests the best of Nashville without the chaos of staying directly on Broadway.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this property unique is the combination of space, layout, and location. The three-level design offers privacy for groups, with multiple en-suite bedrooms and king beds—something that’s hard to find so close to 12 South. Guests enjoy the comfort of a full home with a garage, modern amenities, and a quiet residential setting, while still being steps from shops, coffee, and dining and just minutes from downtown and The Gulch. It delivers both convenience and calm, making it ideal for families, groups, and extended stays.
