Come and stay awhile at the Killarney Retreat, built in the 50s, tucked away from the hub of city, yet just a short drive from the Winter Park Village, Rollins College, grabbing dinner and taking a walk down Park Avenue.

Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando, 20 minutes from Disney World and Universal, 25 minutes from the Orlando Int'l Airport, less than an hour from world famous Daytona Beach and an hour from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach.

A private older 50s charming bungalow with two bedrooms and 2 unique bathrooms sharing the same authentic shower/tub combo with a spacious eat in kitchen, dining room and comfortable living room including a coffee table/work desk and a laundry space in the garage.
The fenced backyard let's you enjoy the Florida sunshine.
This home has everything you need for a short getaway or to stay awhile for a work contract.

NOTE: The two full baths do share the same shower with a deep step down. The house does not have a dishwasher. The washer/dryer are located in the connected garage off the kitchen.

DO NOT instant book if you are traveling with a pet. Pre-Approval and Pet deposit is required.

Great location, we stayed for an event at the camping stadium so not too far away but not too close to where it’s loud. It’s a comfortable house. It could use some upgrades but not a huge deal. The bathrooms are connected by the shower which was interesting. Overall had a great stay!

Winter Park comfort and convenience

Perfect location, so close to everything we wanted to do in Winter Park and Orlando. Cute neighborhood and house and yard. House was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Beds were really comfortable.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time. The house is very clean, has all the conveniences++. The location is superb to downtown Winter Park and Orlando. It was great to have a fenced yard for the dog. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It is represented accurately in the listing and was clean and quiet. This is an older Florida-style bungalow with a big fenced-in back yard perfect for kids and pets to play in safely. It met our needs perfectly and was perfect location to get around Winter Park quickly!

Winter Park Getaway

House has everything you need to have a simple but comfortable stay. Beds comfortable, towels plentiful. Washer and dryer on premises. Close to everything we wanted to do. Please fix the shower handle. It fell out for each one of us.

Perfect respite

Our stay at this property was so wondeful. It was a last minute reservation and we had great communication with the property manager as well as a lovely welcome with snacks and refreshments waiting for us upon arrival. The neighborbood was quiet and felt very safe. The beds were so incredibly comfortable and the house was clean and very cozy. Additionally its conveniently located right off I-4 which made it easy to commute to other parts of Orlando.

Great location & property

Great experience. Easy from checking-in to leaving and very quick response when I had a question. Home - great house, super cute, everything as described and with safe/secure fenced back yard so pups were happy too. Safe and quiet neighborhood, central to all needed. Winter Park visit

It was great having a fenced in back yard. Our dog loved chasing squirrels & romping around in it. The location was convenient, although not walkable, to Park Ave restaurants & shopping. Would suggest possibly getting a couple of luggage stands. Would definitely rent again.

Winter in Winter Park

We spent seven weeks at this location. It was just as listed. No surprises. It was near shopping, great places to eat and the highway. Both the property manager and owner were very responsive! Landscaping was attractive as was the fenced in back yard. Neighborhood was quiet,The step -down shower issue has been solved, and we had no problem using it - plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Bed was comfortable as was the couch with optional footrests. Would stay there again!
