Stay across from Brennecke Beach in our beautiful Kauai vacation rentals at Nihi Kai Villas. Guest amenities at Nihi Kai include an oceanfront pool and tennis courts. This home consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an upper balcony with ocean views and lower patio deck to suntan.

This Kauai vacation rental resort has been a guest favorite for over 30 years and is located 300 yards to world famous body surfing along the spectacular Poipu Beach shoreline. The plantation style architecture at Nihi Kai is reminiscent of bygone days while interiors have been renovated with modern conveniences and styling.  condo has been individually decorated with full kitchens and accommodates up to six guests.

Your island oasis is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees and well manicured lawns. You’ve arrived in paradise for a great Hawaii vacation. Enjoy long walks by the sea and meet other guests each night for sunset at the stone wall across from Brennecke Beach. We also offer a spectacular oceanfront pool, tennis courts and outdoor barbecue areas.

Koolkondo is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals in Poipu Beach, Kauai. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.





**Please note: There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm. 

Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.

The host was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. We needed a cookie sheet, asked if one was available, when we returned to the condo later that day a set of cookie sheets awaited us. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and the view was awesome!

All of the staff we talked to were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the air conditioning. The beds, including the sofa bed, were very comfortable. The location was perfect. The main suggestion I would have is to replace the thin older drapes with something that provides more privacy. We felt that people could see into the bedrooms and living room since we could see out. This would not stop us from staying here again though or from highly recommending this place! Also, the listing states there are 3 bathrooms but there are only 2, both downstairs, so that should be adjusted.

Our family had such a great experience staying at this condo. The condo was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Waking up to the ocean view each day was just magical! April and Christie were wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and made everything so smooth from booking to checkout. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we’d love to come back!

Great spot!

Had such a good vacation. Condo includes everything you could need. Very short walk to the beach and a restaurant. Very short drive to more restaurants and any shops you would need. The place was very comfortable for 4 adults and 1yr old child. Corey was very responsive to any questions and sent very detailed check in info and condo instructions for reference that was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

This condo is on lovely landscaped property & has an ocean view. A quick walk to beaches. It was comfy, well furnished, and met all our needs (4 adults). Corey was quick to respond, always upbeat & positive.

What a spot!

It's hard to imagine a better place to stay on Kaua'i. The condo complex has ample, nearby parking, a great pool and tennis courts, all of which we appreciated and of which we made good use. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well-stocked with literally everything we needed. We were particularly grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella. We loved the fact that the condo is only a short 5 minute walk from Po'ipu beach park. Would we stay here again? No question. Loved it!

Great location, good stay

Clear and concise directions provided to condo and instructions on how to use TVs aim condo; prompt and responsive communication with property manager before and during our stay - which was very much appreciated! Condo was prepared and ready for our family with a few Hawaiian treats provided as a surprise! (Thank you!) Condo was very clean, aged, but updated and well decorated with comfortable furniture. Washer/dryer in condo available! Bonus: beach towels, chairs, wagon, and toys. Beautiful partial view of the ocean from the porch with nice outdoor seating!

Great place to stay!!

We loved our accommodations. It was just as beautiful as the pictures and the owner and property staff were very responsive.! We had beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, coolers and umbrellas for the beach. There was so much to do in this area - highly recommend Poipu as your base for your island activities!

Kaui Beach Vacation
