We were seven 70-somethings in Batavia to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of our brother and his wife. The house was lovely with very comfortable places for visiting and a nice dining room. We wished there were available closets in all bedrooms. We had to negotiate cancelation of an assessment of 30 for our brother to be the 8th at the dinner table. Overall, we had a great time.

This home sits in a very quiet neighborhood with large yards and virtually no traffic, surrounded by friendly neighbors who value privacy and respect. The garden is the main place to unwind, offering multiple relaxing spots to sit, grill, and enjoy the outdoors. Inside, the house features big, comfortable furniture designed for a cozy stay, with the kitchen centered on the first floor for easy gathering. All bedrooms are located upstairs, giving night owls freedom to enjoy the living areas without disturbing early risers.
