This Cabin is AMAZING

We stayed at this Cabin for a Family getaway ski weekend with a total of 18 of us. This place is HUGE .... we were never in each others way at all. The Kitchen is unbelievable. LOTS of parking area .... enough for 6-8 cars if needed. BATHROOMS are very large and there are lots of them. This is one of the best off slopes cabins for large groups in Brianhead

Lovely home

We were in town for the state championship mountain bike race in Cedar city. This home was great for all our families to stay together. There were some things listed that were not available for our stay(Hot Tub, indoor grill) But the property manager arranged for an outdoor grill quickly for our use. The home was beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion

We had a great time. Big family reunion so we used the maximum capacity. Plenty of comfy beds and bathrooms for all. The social areas are a little awkward - could use a couple full sized couches for example. The media room looks awesome but we couldn’t connect to the internet so it wasn’t very useful for us. But the management were super responsive and really helpful. It’s a lovely home and we had a wonderful time.

Deceptive/False Advertising - Avoid

The photos of this property show an elevator, a tepan yaki table and an indoor grill. The renter rightfully expects to be able to use the fixtures shown in the photos - but after payment is made and the renter is in the house, the renter is told that the elevator, the tepan yaki table and the indoor grill are not available. In addition to that trick, the television in the theater room did not work, light bulbs were missing and batteries in remotes were dead. Management sent a handyman to fix those items. The home is lovely, but management is terrible. Bad communication. You call the number and you get a voicemail message every time with a long message bragging about all the properties this company manages, then you are put on hold. You never get to speak with the property manager. Instead, you are transferred to what seems to be an overseas answering service. The person at that service is polite but has no power to do anything other than read what seems to be a script. If you ask any questions she has to ask the manager and get back to you. Useless. The home is lovely, but the management is terrible and the photos are deceptive. Avoid.

The house is beautiful and it is great for a large group. We had 11 adults and plenty of space. Great location, beautiful views and an easy drive to the Brian Head Resort. What really works at this home is the large kitchen and the fantastic dinning room! What is a bit of challenge is that some do the amenities are off limits to the guests, such as the hibachi grill, indoor bbq and elevator. The bedding is clean and comfortable but the whole house needs a bit of an update to truly be considered luxury as described. The movie room had a big screen TV on the floor, old blankets, and the living room has some blinds that are broken and need minor repair. Nothing that will ruin your trip but it’s good to know before you get there.Also note, as described the property does not have a paved driveway so you will need a 4-wheel drive. Not a problem during our stay because there was not any snow.It’s a very comfortable property and great for large groups.
