Spectacular views of the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains can be seen in nearly every room!  Three bedrooms allow 6 people to stay in comfort. The Master Suite features a queen bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third has two sets of bunkbeds.  Relax in the living room and catch a game or movie on the large HD television. The deck allows you to soak in the breathtaking views, grill a steak, and enjoy the sounds of the surrounding forest. 

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

 This is a NON smoking rental and NO pets!

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities.

For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
