Escape to tranquility in this recently updated in the beautiful Hot Springs Village, stunning 3-bedroom townhome boasting 2 1/2 baths. With a spacious 2-story living room and kitchen area, a half bath on the main floor, and all 3 bedrooms equipped with TVs on the upper floor, relaxation and comfort are just for starters. Step outside onto the private deck with breathtaking views and a table for 4, perfect for enjoying the scenery.

Your convenience is assured with 2 assigned parking spaces, newer Queen beds, and TVs throughout. The dining room comfortably seats 6 and kitchen features granite counters, a coffee maker, and Keurig single cup brewer. A well-stocked kitchen awaits, complete with a large assortment of dishes, coffee mugs, pots, pans, and glasses. We even provide coffee and filters for the 12-cup brewer. Great WiFi and a work station desk.

Indulge in leisure activities with access to 11 recreational lakes within HSV, enjoy a round of putt-putt next to pickleball courts and the De Soto golf course, or take a dip in the outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Explore 22 miles of scenic hiking trails within HSV.

Loved the overall townhouse! It was big enough for 6 adults and an infant. It was very clean and we all raved about the beds. Had a wonderful time! Townhouse was a mile away from pool and very close to town for groceries. We will differently book this townhouse again! Thank you for tge opportunity!

Beautiful, forestry area. The owners were very easy to work with & very responsive. Kitchen well stocked & the beds were very comfortable. Rooms weren't as big as the pictures portrayed. We had a very nice time.

Our stay at the townhouse was excellent. The beds and all furnishings were very comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen twice and found all the supplies we needed easily. Great spot.

I go to Hot Springs every spring break for the horse racing. I was pleased with the property I will not go back to it because of the stairs. I am 78 and should not have booked a townhouse. Other than that the property is great

Very clean! The kitchen was well furnished. We had everything we needed! Nice gas grill for burgers. Quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing and fun weekend. We needed an extra gate pass and the host took care of it immediately. Would recommend this townhouse for a family or group of friends.

Relaxing quick getaway!

My husband, son and I wanted a quick getaway for the weekend, and this home was the perfect spot! Everything inside looked as though it is was totally renovated. The photos and reality were in alignment. We never left the house. It was easy to get instacart to deliver groceries and get pizza delivered. Our hosts were prompt to answer all questions asked , and there really wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already available. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Excellent and Relaxing Place to Stay

The entire condo was very well cleaned. Host was accessible prior to going, during, and after. Host was easy to work with. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Host had beach towels and towels in every bathroom to accommodate. Host also provided dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags. We did not have to go out and purchase anything. We sat on the deck and it was so serene and relaxing. I couldn’t ask for a nicer host and nicer place to stay.

Very Good

Rental was overall good and well taken care of. There is not any area for recycle in the dumpster area which was very inconvenient. Parking is quite limited in the direct area of the rental. Would also recommend having the HVAC for upstairs looked at. Downstairs was always cool and comfortable but upstairs would be significantly warmer than what it was downstairs.

Perfect House!!!

Everything was exceptional! The place was exactly as listed on VRBO. Clean, beautifully decorated and had all supplies we needed. All we had to do was go buy our food for the week. Location was so nice in Hot Springs Village. We were able to do trails and go to the Balboa Lake Beach, which the kids loved! Short drive to Hot Springs for the dance nationals and to visit attractions. I would highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10!!!

Wonderful weekend getaway

I reserved this townhome for two nights so that my husband and I could see the holiday lights at Garvan Gardens. Originally it was just the two of us with our older dog, but then my sister and brother-in-law decided to visit from Idaho and we invited one of our friends to come along. We had no problem adding 3 more guests plus an additional car. Great communication with the owner. We all enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for all of us including our dog! Very clean and comfortable.

The property was super clean and quiet. Conveniently located at the West Gate of Hot Springs Village, we had access to everything there. Numerous golf courses, and walking opportunities. Great communication with the host as well! Thank you for creating a comfortable space, and sharing your home.

We are from out of state but love visiting Hot Springs Village. We love to stay here when we visit and have tried to make it very easy and comfortable.

It is a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The views are beautiful, we love being near the golf course and taking short walks on the nearby trails. It is also close to restaurants and easy access to the west gate for grocery shopping.

It is newly renovated, everything is new, modern and comfortable. The decor is well thought out for a pleasant stay. Each bedroom is roomy with plenty of closet space and under bed storage drawers. Smart TVs in every room are an added convenience. Clean and comfortable!
