Per HOA, quiet hours are from10PM to 8AM. Any child under the age of 18 years old should be supervised by an adult at all time.
No smoking allowed inside the condo or in the garage. Cigarette monitors are installed inside and the host will be notified when smoke is present.
Max Occupancy is 6 people including kids. No unapproved visitors without permission. DO no take balcony seats on the beach! AC temp min 71F.

Mother Daughter Trip
We come to Panama City often for vacation. This condo is probably if not the best place we have stayed at. The pool is being renovated so I dont have an opinon about it, but Im sure when it is remodeled the place will be a fanatic place for anyone. Thank you again for this wonderful memory I got to make with my mother. It meant a lot to us that everything went smoothly.

Excellent views
Everything was wonderful. The views were amazing from the balcony. The condo was very clean and smelled fresh. We really enjoyed our time and the locarion was great. We will definitely book again!

Amazing little vacation
We stayed at Emerald Chic for a few days but everything was amazing. We had a great experience at this condo and enjoyed every minute of our little vacation. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, the view is breathtaking and the hosts are very nice. We will return to this condo for sure in the summer. Thank you Aura and Dan for allowing us to have a memorable vacation!

Great vacation
This unit has been recently updated and you can tell. Very welcoming as soon as you enter the condo. Perfect location and view of the beach; the chairs on the beach were a nice plus! Needed help with the TV and Dan, the owner, was immediately on it. If you are walkers to restaurants like we are, know that the nearest one is .5 miles away. That is the only reason for the 4 star for location. Overall, a great place and great vacation!! Thanks!

It was love a first sight the very first minute we got mesmerized while admiring the infinite wavy green mass of water from the 11 floor balcony.

water part about one mile away
water ski jet available on the beach downstairs from March to Oct
fishing pier in walking range less than a quarter mile
