BOARD119 - NEW CONSTRUCTION FOR SUMMER 2025! OUTSTANDING CUSTOM COASTAL DESIGNED BEACH HOUSE ON THE DIRECT BOARDWALK FRONT, STAY TUNED! CALENDAR IS ONLY TEMPORARILY BLOCKED! 2 car parking, 6 badges to beach provided!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Overall Great Stay

Location could not have been more perfect for us. The property is on a quiet section of the boardwalk and the view is spectacular. an AC window unit was broken and we were told we could only have two units running at a time, so we had trouble keeping some bedrooms cool at night on hot days, and the bedrooms are incredibly tiny. But overall the house was clean and we had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend.
