OCE222L - First floor unit located next to the beach & boardwalk, and near all of the boardwalk action also! This 2BR 1 bath rental is a great deal with 4 badges to the beach also included. Recently updated unit has ac units, wifi, 1 car parking & more. Traveling with more family/friends? There are 2 more units in this building also for rent!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.

Nice house by the Point Pleasant boardwalk

Nice and clean second level of a beach house in Point Pleasant. Check in with smooth, property was clean, very close to the boardwalk and beach.

We've gone for the past 15 years, 1st year renting a house. Perfect price and size. Everything worked and everything was clean. Just as advertised. Will be renting it agian in the years to come.

Perfect little home

This is a great places for a few friends or two couples. Perfect location right next to Jenks. House was clean and organized when we got there. Plenty of things to do in walking distance or a short 5 minute drive away. Only downside was the neighbor renting next door had two dogs that barked very loudly into the early hours of the morning. Besides that everything was great about our stay!

Great escape by the beach

Great escape by the beach, walk to the boardwalk, beach, the home was clean, the management was responsive and helpful. I really enjoined spending a month there at the end of the summer
